EDIT: Here's my review.

I'm gonna be honest with you. I'm not gonna sugarcoat it either. This demo needs some work. As others have said, rather poor maps have made for a rather unenjoyable game, as has the HORRIBLE (No other word for it) dialogue. You can use several text boxes if you have to, or simply to stagger the conversation. Capital letters and Periods (.) are your friends. Use them.
Was there even a Pokemon in this? I didn't see one...

Perhaps with time this game will improve... I wish you the best of luck, and I do hope perhaps you will take some of my advice.

I'm not making fun of you or dissing your game or anything... I'm just being honest, and trying to help.

sprite to a transparent one. The ones with no picture only
colour.

Last night I was working on something and I realized that I needed a Kamon charset, so I made it, and I did some sprite clean up on one of my charset, + I ripped the female FR/LG trainer.

By the way I ripped the Bug Catcher and made front and back walking sprites, since they were missing, also noticed something wrong on my Falkner and Kamon charsets, so I fixed it.

Her hair doesn't really look that good with a bit more pinkish color on the sprite, so I made it more red.

Oh yeah about the Houen gym leaders, i'm not really gonna make those, because there's already R/S sprites for them, and Phoenix is working on converting them to FR/LG

I don't think there's need for that, there's already charsets like that for all 386. Plus, it would take up a LOT of Avatar's time to do every single Pokemon. I think he should just stick with his game, and making people charsets when he has the time.

I have the exact same sprites of Wes as they have on their site, I didnt make them though, I know somebody who sent them to me, and the Max sprite looks like the one I made last year, and the Nurse Joy sprite looks awfully alot like my the one my friend made.

those guys are already made by the hug meowth346 set from pokefor.tk, i dont think i got them from thier website though i used gaming world(search pokemon) and theres 88 sprite sheets of people. If you dont want to copy and paste all of it, which is deff annoying, then download other peoples games most of them are in their.

Well most of the GSC trainers can also be found in the FR/LG games, so you'll just need to get somebody to rip it for you, and if there are anymore trainers left, get somebody to sprite them ( ;) )

Because those sprites are too big to be on the charsets, unless you want to use 2 or 3 events for it.

If you know how to hack and know that each rm2k square is 16x16 px, then you can make a chipset. Simple enough? Of course you need a program like PSP or Photoshop.

I use Paint, and the used 16x16 boxes but when put into RM2K, it only uses ONE of the floor tiles and when I'm editing the map, it shows up as a black block....

It needs to be saved as 256 bit colour settings [256bitmap]

However when you convert it in Paint it causes loss of colour, so I suggest using paintshop/photoshop to convert it.

Well I just updated 3 of my charsets.. the last Bike pose (facing right and left) was missing, so I put it in, and fixed its animation.

EDIT: If anybody is wondering.. NO i'm not done making charsets, i'm still working on a few, like the hero and heroine in my game.

A working archive would be good. Do you have in mind something like the "Finished Games/Demo" archive? If so, I can start working on it this weekend.
