And the images dont seem to have decreased in size to be border-friendly, instead, the Rayquaza's eyes are shown and nothing else?

Instead of using 100x100 avatars, you should use 130x130 for the sake of the forum's avatar limit.
The border design is great, I have no objections.

But more effort, effect and time has to be put into your designs to attract more attentions within this community.
