I got banned for reporting victory road to suta-raito because they stole an image for their splash.

But I'll get re-banned if I say too many bad things about him/her so I won't make a big deal over it.

Dude, I know you already reported me, so I just re-checked the rules.

To protect the member's (or any banned member's) own privacy, the details of their banning are not made public. The details of the banning are between the banned user and the staff.

My banning was public to everyone, it was posted in the same thread for everyone to see.
Nowhere does it say you can not make a thread saying returning from a ban. If anyone was breaking the rules it was Lt Surge but in the interests of common sense, it's dumb to report him, as the information was public anyway.

Don't make a welcome back thread if you are returning from a ban. Banning is a punishment for committing a wrong act here at PC, and it is no excuse for making a welcome back thread about it.

I'm not returning from a ban, I'm returning from leaving. There is a difference between being banned and gagging to come back and being banned and not really caring. The pure subject of this thread is a hi thread, I'm not saying hi hi hi I got banned lets make a big deal of it. Point is, I was unbanned ages ago and would have returned if I /wanted/ to. Adding to this I wasn't banned for something bad, "Don't make a welcome back thread if you are returning from a ban. Banning is a punishment for committing a wrong act here at PC, and it is no excuse for making a welcome back thread about it." I was banned for standing up for Suta-Raito. But that's not for now.

EDIT: I was going to say something about how you are technically breaking the spam rules, (~drummershuff) but I'll let the mods decide that.
