First go to Petalburg and the pokemon center there, after that talk to the guy next to the p.c and say MYSTERY GIFT IS EXCITE
then go to game shark and enter these codes...

f444ca88abdfe871 and enter them in game shark and get two count em
TWO eon TICKETS!!!
