Pokemon Silver/Gold Lineups

Please post your team for gold/silver for basis of discussion, it may end up helping your team, feel free to message me or reply to criticize my team (assume that all pokemon are or eventually will be level 100)

My Silver Lineup
Charizard (Fire Blast, Earthquake, Flamethrower, Dragonbreath)
Jolteon (Thunder, Pin Missile, Double Kick, Hyper Beam)
Alakazam (Psychic, Thunderpunch, Psybeam, Cunfusion)
Scizor (Wing Attack, Swords Dance, Hyper Beam, Steel Wing)
Kingdra (Bubblebeam, Hydro Pump, Twister, Agility)

*Notes* just for your personal knowledge, all pokemon are raised from scratch with no rare candy nonsense, also all of the pokemon except for Kingdra are at level 100, Kingdra is on her way :D , expect Kingdra's Agility to be replaced by Ice Beam (if it Kingdra is capable), the open spot will most likely be a pokemon that I take a sudden liking to and raise to 100, I will post the sixth when he/she wins the sixth spot, PLEASE POST YOUR LINEUP AND GIVE FEEDBACK TO MINE!!!! thanks ;)

My party hasn't quite been put together yet, it's still in the planning stages, but here's my idea:
I have a level 100 dragonite with outrage, waterfall, wing attack, and hyper beam;
I'm going to get my houndoom up to level 100 with crunch, flamethrower, and some other moves, preferably of other types;
I'm thinking about getting a steelix;
I'm thinking about getting a lanturn;
I'm thinking about getting a sneasel and breeding crunch;
I'm also thinking of using espeon.

Basically, I want to know if steelix and lanturn are any good, because they work out, type-wise, I could make the moves work. I'm also wondering if sneasel has a special attack rating that's worth using it for, otherwise I'm not using it. I'm also wondering if I should use espeon or something else, that something else is open to discussion, so please feel free to reply.

Steelix is great, seeing as his Defence is through the roof. Sneasel's Special Attack is terrible, but his physical attacks are strong. You can teach him Shadow Ball to make up for the lack of Dark attacks (due to the weak Spc Atk), and he learns the fairly reliable Slash move. I think he can learn Swords Dance through breeding too. Definitely worth raising.

Also, Sneasel can't learn Crunch through any method (level up/breeding). The best Dark attacks he can learn are Faint Attack (level up) and Bite (breeding).
