Can banners by members be submitted to PC?

I was wandering if banners could be submitted to PC by members because I occasionally make banners and am now getting back into the process- but mainly for use on my own sites...
So, can banners by members be submitted to PC?

What do you mean by banners? Banners that can be used to link back to the site or banners like the ones at the top of every theme?

If the former, use the link that was given (even if there are mostly buttons there). If the latter, we do occasionally have contests where you can create a theme and have it used on PC. ^^;

Do the banners have to be a certain size? If so, how big?

No, they don't have to be a certain size. Preferably they're under 780 pixels wide so that anyone with a resolution of 800x600 or higher can comfortably browse PC. However, like I said, we don't take submissions from members except in special cases like contests.

I don't deny being lazy, really. But still, I should work on them but have my own difficulties. I'll eventually do it. It took like, 5 months before I actually worked on Claire's theme. XD

Contests are half-yearly events.

I did o.o Thanks for posting about the Contests thingie ^^ I didint know they where a kind of by anual thing XD Possably was a waist time when I looked every week for banner contest to add to future newsletter plans then huh?

When was the last contest? and is there a way to submit ahead of time like when in the Monthly Art contest Grovyle made?

Just make your design and hold on to it until the next contest. I think we had one a couple of months back?
