I just started RM2K3ing (!) and I need some help. I downloaded Extradude's Starter Kit and I would like to learn how can I put tilesets sounds etc on the RPG Maker. Thanks in advance

ok, click on tools, and click on resource manager, pick a slot that fits and upload :)

Exteradude's starter kit is on RMXP not RM2K3

Umm, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but exteradude's starter kit is for RPG Maker XP and will not work with RPG Maker 2003.
