Have a look in the FAQ here (http://www.pokecommunity.com/faq.php?faq=pokecommunity_faq#faq_become_moderator) . While you're there, please read the whole think like you were supposed to when you joined, because apparently you didn't.
Also, asking to be a mod dramatically lowers your chances. =/
