Too many errors to count. I'll say some general things. Try using Photoshop and not paint. Use Gill Sans font which you can find at pokemonpalace.com. Try getting symbols of the energies etc. Try putting Pokemon back of the card. I would highly recommend you to read some tutorial before you make your next card. These ones are really helpfull in my opinion:

As Ash_Pokemaster said... too many mistakes...

Some of the mistakes make me think you've never seen one of the most recent Pokémon TCG cards...

If you have Adobe Photoshop or Jasc Paint Shop Pro/Corel Paint Shop Pro, you could make a lot better.

Also, Paint sucks at layer based things... Try downloading a good program, like GIMP or trials...

ok first of all u gave a shot, u shood be proud :D
but 80% of the card is incorrect
-first of all get the right blank u got Firing Combusken ex on a standard blank choose a ex style blank
-the fire power effect is worded incorrectly it shood say something like this "Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 20 damage plus 20 more damage, if tails, the Defending Pokemon is now Burned."
-now with the evolution circle, QFred made a Evolution circle tutorial that shows u how to get it percise.
-follow the tutorial, te best fakers started from that
-download the right fonts

ten hopefully u will be able to construct amazing pokemon cards
