This is most unusually uncanny-- here I thought I almost forgot about Pokecommunity and this wonderful Club that really bought me online and--- let's get down to business, shall we =]?

What are some sports you can picture Misty playing [besides water related ones]?
So to start of my reply, I'll answer this new topic (it seems?). One of the most likely sports
Misty would really be into would be anything Martial Arts-- like Judo, Tae-Kwon-Do, Karate (though I'm very sure some evidence might be there in the series or movies which she was in), and yes, Tennis, Baseball, Badminton, and my favorite-- Racquetball/Squash. I mean come on, can't you imagine her v.s Satoshi and smack him with the ball? I can certainly see her as well in her defensive stance. She's pretty much capable at any force with her athletic, tomboyish, energetic nature. Heck, she's like my older sister in many ways, and she's into that too, so there! That's 1 realistic example. You can think of many (including Usagi from Sailor Moon).

On to the next part of this small post too. Happy New Year Everyone, and I hope that you all have a splendid Valentine! I don't come here that often, and I apologize to anyone who I've let down in this club by the inactivity. >_< -bows- Forgive me, my friends.

Welcome, all of you new members, our new comrads, to the Misty Bring Her Back club! Feel free to post everything Misty here, and some wonderful, occasional, Pokeshipping (please :P). Nah, you don't have to do that second part, but please help us cherish the wonderful nature of Misty/Kasumi who has been irrationally pulled out of the show. If people really are speaking the truth, keep your hopes up and give a great cheer when she comes back! -hands up high-

Many of you have been posting Miyabi's pics right--- and... who was the other person.. Mistywishmaker knows if she would be willing to detail us on her wonderful wisdom of all things Misty (don't worry, Mistywishmaker, I'm not putting you on the spot. =] ) ~ Nonetheless, they are all beautiful. Cheers for Misty!

I really hope she comes back, and perhaps, something special should be planned for Valentines, or Spring Break? Any ideas?

you use programs like photoshop and gimp. I think Gimp does both graphics and animations but I haven't played around with it yet

I really like much better Japanese Misty because I love Japanese language the most and her original voice is beautiful and japanese name is cuter. Ofcourse I enjoy english Misty too (name Misty is the cutest english name) but no so much like japanese Kasumi. In my case I want to tell that voice of polish Misty is exceptionally beautiful and I like this voice even more than english but only in case of Misty because every other character in every anime sounds better in english than in polish. Polish misty names just Misty :classic:

Ash and Misty were ten in Kanto. Sinnoh has to be, what, four years later? Both May and Dawn are ten and Ash and Misty have to be around fourteen.

Ok, I really miss Misty. May is just... a really bad knock off of Misty. Misty was the tomboyish, sassy, in your face girl who fought weak little Ash's battles and had the toughness of a gymleader to defend her friends.

Even IF they did, I doubt that Pokemon takes place on Earth, never mind Japan. Plus, Misty isn't the Only Gym Leader who is 10 years or younger in age. Bugsy from Johto was the Gym Leader, and that kid was 10 years old, if not a bit younger. Same deal with Tate and Lisa from Hoenn. Also, I would say that May is more like a 16 year old in terms of looks (Don't ask, I do not want to go into rant mode, for everyones sakes.), than Misty. Oh, and welcome to the club.

Speaking of Age, unless I am mistaken, she is the only character whose Age varies between Mediums (In the anime, she's ten, but in the Manga adaptation has her being 12 [Though, personally, I don't think that it should be counted as an Adaptation since there are far too many differences between it and the Anime. I mean, Misty was made into a Brunette in that Manga, whereas she was a Redhead even in the Original Sugimori artwork in almost all mediums, and seemed more like how her sisters were characterized in the anime than how her TRUE personality was supposed to be, Plus the fact that she was made almost unrecognizable in terms of physical appearance in the japanese version if you know what I mean. Ash was made into the Brock character, Brock was even MORE immature than in the anime (and considering how he loses Maturity at times, especially in terms of Girls, that's saying a lot.), considering how he recited the Sitting in a tree tease, among other things.].).

As much as I am a nonbeliever in terms of Pokeshipping (honestly, I grew up with Disney, and thanks to that as well as stuff as "Romeo and Juliet", I feel as though that, although there are exceptions (Like Beauty and the Beast, Lion King (sort of), and Mulan), love can only be done if it is in first sight. No offense to any Pokeshipping fans, I was just stating how it is hard for me to believe Pokeshipping, and you have Disney and William Shakespeare among other writers to blame.), I sort of agree. I do think that Misty and Ash do like each other, but more in a friendly way than a romantic relationship kind of way.

So to conclude to the old topic, lots of people liked Misty playing some one-to-one sports, like Tennis, Boxing and the graceful figure-skating. Now that it's mentioned, I think this does remind me of a particular project that went on in deviantArt before. 2 people from here participated in that. And it's just the whole harmony that was produced in that sort of doujinshi and the season that really makes the whole figure skating idea realistic. Do you guys remember Mermaid Misty and her dress (that Goldeen one specifically though)? I can picture a performance with Misty and maybe her friends, the whole Ash-Gang like they would usually collaborate with, or Misty dancing solo to display her grace.

For Crystal Clair's Topic, I grew up with Dub Misty, but I did hear Japanese Misty. It's hard to really pick and choose, but by experience growing up, I liked the original Misty-English dub voice-actor. I would love to hear different dubs for her character. The strangest one I've heard so far is the Hindi/Urdu dub (I think it's in Hindi) It was hilarious! ~ Nice work BTW, Crystal Clair, I liked how you colored her, with that toning and all. I think you did right with the proportions. Usually they draw the eyes bigger, but I like your style ^^. So don't worry so much. Just keep it up with your work!

EDIT:: I do remember visualizing an older Kasumi with those long pants! She does seem more older there--- 14 at least or 16 perhaps. Nice find, and I hope credit goes to that person :D.

Well, there wasn't any OFFICIAL word on her returning (I mean, besides Mayumi's Blog), but We may have to initiate the Boycott on May the 25th. Crystal Clair, I'm sorry if I am initiating it on that date instead of nearing the end of D/P, but the d/p series is almost halfway done, and they haven't given much hints apart from the blog, and besides which, they haven't replied to at LEAST my petition for over 3 months.

For the topic at hand, I'd give a tie on the english dub and the original japanese voice (the former because of experience, and the latter because her japanese voice is apparantly very unique to what Blackjack thinks what the girls in the japanese commonly sounds like.

I may need the date for the convention since, depending on the circumstances, I have a 50/50 chance of going. If it is on a school day, I'm afraid that I can't make it. But if it is during summer vacation or Spring break, I think I can manage to get there.

Also, I haven't ACTUALLY watched any japanese episodes, the only reason why I knew of Misty's original Japanese voice is because of "Pokemon Channel".

I had this weird Misty related dream last night
I was shouting "Bring Misty back!!" and I had these images of her and stuff and I was like "I dont care if she does nothing, she's too pretty to be a minor character!"
^however, Cassidy, Miyamoto and Clair are IMO the prettiest characters and both are minor, the middle one hasn't even appeared (except for in the radio dramas)

Well... All I can say is that was a pretty nice dream there! (Gives a thumbs up).

In regards to the Boycott, all it pretty much involves is not buying any of the Pokemon Products (and possibly not watching any of the televised episodes of Pokemon.), and for those who want to take it to the next level, you can pull a British Boycott and not use ANY of your pokemon merchandise at all. Plus, I plan for it to be on a global scale, since we'll have a far better chance at getting the writers to meet our demands, and that's IF the Misty-con mentions that there isn't any plans to bring her back (Or fails to tell us what is expected of Misty).

And as for whether I'm going to post it on Bulbagarden, considering how some of the people on that club openly mock me for my belief in trying to Bring Misty Back, I'm not sure if telling them this would be a good Idea. now, that's NOT to say that there isn't a chance that I'll let them know, but there is a small chance. Now, Serebiiforums, yes I can definitely tell them.

As for your new topics, I can't answer the first one, because it would seem arrogant of me to do that. But I can at least attempt to answer the second one.

2. What do you think Misty's doing at her gym when she isn't battling?

Well, from what we know from the hosos that directly involve her gym, I'd say teaching Psyduck how to swim, trying to make some Cascade Badges should they run out, and possibly training her Azurril, etc. etc.

Speaking of her Azurril, I'm pretty sure that Azurril has a Pokeball, Unlike Togepi anyways. I mean, she appeared on the 10th anniversary special, but the only pokemon she used was Staryu and Gyarados, Her Azurril wasn't anywhere to be seen, and since an important event like what was in the episode would need her to max out her pokemon to the best of their abilities, and party length, and since Azurril is currently an infant and needs lots of attention, it HAS to have a pokeball.

I guess that my dream was telling me that deep down I miss Misty and want her back
Of course I do want her back, but as I've said before, only a visit during Shinou.
It'd be cool if they brought her back in the 5th generation wearing the clothes of the new heroine. However, that may not work out as we're about due for a grass based trainer. May was fire, Hikari was water and I guess the next trainer will be grass.
Unless Misty tries out a new type temporarily...

Hmm, Unfortunately, I can not make it to the convention. If it wasn't for the fact that it's a school weekend, not to mention on a school week, I'd be able to go. My school may let out earlier than most schools (at my school system, we are actually dismissed at May instead of June) but I still can't go since that's on a school week. For those of you who actually CAN go to the convention, you may have to tell the rest of us how it went. Believe me, I DO want to go to the convention, but I can't right now.

Beachboy: I'd say you're welcome to join, but I don't have the authority level to do that. You'll have to wait until someone like Kasu-chan can come on.

Someone like me to come on? I'm not the owner of this Misty Club, except for the one at SPPf. xDDDD So anyone is welcome is since the owner lost interest and stuff. o.o;;;

Holy-! Oh my god, I would love to go! I have no idea whether my folks would allow me to go, and it's not cheap to travel even though I probably do have a chance of going. I doubt my family would let me travel alone like I did to Italy, but hey, there's a chance. The sad thing is that my family really dislikes my fangirlism of Misty/Pokeshipping so they'll think I'm insane if I want to attend a Misty convention, ha. Maybe I could try to go but I doubt it.

Hmm, do I have finals... wait, no, I don't. WOOOO. Maybe I could go if I were to drag someone to come with me. Most likely my mother but she'll hate me for it. xDDDD I could try to score some tickets to go. I wonder if the Misty convention costs to go inside like they do here. I saw that on one of the pages [the second to last button], I think it's implying that we have to email the person to let them know? But aww, blast, I can't read Japanese for my life. ;; I'll see if I can get any of my Japanese speaking friends to help me. >D

But oh my god, it would be a dream if I got to go. I'll take pictures, record it, and fangirl like crazy to the Japanese fans! Hopefully someone over there knows English, or at least a little! xD I get a feeling that Teppo and Miyabic-san would go. OMG meeting them would make my year. LMAO. Though, I can't read the page for it. The only kanji I know is for the word love. I need to learn the japanese language...

I know about 65 kanji and I learn japanese but it doesn't change the fact that I won't go there either - - ' Instead of japanese language I see other patterns on this site . I have to install program which recognises japanese. We everybody would want to go there, I'm sure, but the best way would be just to live in Japan. Will it ever happen >>?

I'm surprised they'd have a kasumi event, considering that Kasumi isn't even in the show. I don't know if it has to do with the return or what...I honesty am just confused on it. I wish I could go, but who here in this club wouldn't? xD

I tried geting Mayumi Iizuka's blog converted into english, but when I did, most of it didn't make sense. I gave up, if I want to learn Japanese, I'll need a lot of free time that at the moment I dont' have.

Okay, what I really want to know is that...is it 100% positive that Kasumi will return? For good? Or...Just an appearance... sorry that question has been something I've been dying for an answer for ^^;;;;

I'm sorry if it sounds confusing but what I mean here is which pokemon do you like that Misty bonds with? ^^; I do like how Misty bonds with Psyduck the most. At first, she really pretty much hated for catching it [by accident xD] but then learned that it has great powers. I admire how she yells at Psyduck whenever he makes a mistake, doesn't remember things, or even when he acts dumb at times. It's adorable and always is amusing to watch. We all know that deep down, Misty cares. <3

Definitely Psyduck! I love situations with Psyduck especially in chronicle ep when that guy said he wanted to go out with her. Psyduck came out from his pokeball and made so great eyes. Every time I watch this I wonder what Psydeck coul think about? Maybe that she didn't agree to go out with that guy because she loves Ash? Anyway everything about Psyduck in anime was fun, cute and original. I didn' likr togepi so much. I like much more tomboish Misty than her maternity expression.

^Totally agreed! Misty had so many priceless moments with Psyduck. Princess VS Princess is a perfect example where he won the contest for Misty. :3 The Perfect Match is another great moment where Misty said she loves Psyduck and was dancing like crazy. xD And, we can't forget about The Bridge Bike Gang where Psyduck has the most epic battle against Cloyster. I nearly die laughing when I watch that episode; Misty nearly tossed her bike at him. xDDDD there's also The Breeding Center Secret where Psyduck discovered that the business was a fake and was run by Cassidy and Butch.

So basically, regardless how hard Misty is on Psyduck, she still loves him.

I have to agree with Kasumi, but I really hope they do, however, I am sorry to break it to you but I am not going bother watch it since they got rid of the original voice actress.

Hi, there! Well, the original owner of this club hasn't been here in a very long time so everyone just posts and runs it. Any Misty fan is welcome here. ^^

I don't think Misty would have been the right choice for a contest; May's at the right spot for her return. Contests are her thing. As for Misty... well, I have a semi-rant on that that I posted at SPPf.

How would you feel if Misty got to be in a contest? Do you think it suits her?

I can't really picture Misty being in a contest like May and Dawn do; to me, it's not really her style to go around dressing up the entire time along with her pokemon. I think at this point, Misty's figured out that she's made for battling; I don't think she ever paid attention about making her attacks look pretty or making the battle crowd go crazy with how dazzling her attacks are. Misty's more of a powerhouse sort of person and she's our tomboy. Maybe she could try at least one contest out but figure out that she doesn't want to do that kind of stuff. I remember she didn't show a lot of interest since she already knew ahead of time that May was into contests but never really was all "So May, tell me what the contests are like? Are they fun?" I take it that Misty would say something like "Oh, contests? That's cool; good luck with them! I know you'll do great!"

I think that it would be a huge mistake to put Misty into a contest. I don't know, Misty and contests... I think of it as too girly for Misty's character. Then I'd be pretty sad that all of the main girls [May, Dawn, Jessie, Marina] in Pokemon are all into contests; I love the fact that Misty's the only one that goes out of the box. She's the one who doesn't give a crap about looking pretty while kicking butt; she just wants to have her fun and does her best to win. That's something I always admire about Kasu-chan~

But hell, if she wants to go for it then I say let her go for it. Like I said, then most people are going to think that battling is only for the guys while coordinating is for the girls; uh, no. I wouldn't want her to go under pressure thinking that she's not cute enough and get insecure about it. Battling's something she's always done. Something about Gyarados and Psyduck being in a contest kind of baffles me. I could picture Caserin being too shy, Psyduck would forget about his appeals but could somewhat do well, Staryu's more of a battler, and Gyarados would scare the hell out of the crowd.

The only ones I can think of that would do well are Togetic, Politoed, Corsola [but then again, she's more of a battler], Horsea, and Goldeen. So yeah... contests + Misty = o.o? I would say that battling suits her personality best for reasons told. The only time I can picture Misty posing for a crowd is when she's giving someone a good beating. :3

So yeah. That's just my opinion about Misty being in a contest. ^^; I think Misty would do great if there was another Whirl Cup sometime; that would be a terrific time to make her comeback and how much she's done being a gym leader. :3

I have no idea at all. It's been like four years.

Johnnyd (I think he comes here) was talking to me not long ago about how he felt us Misty fans were getting kicked in the balls repeatedly.
1. First with the ninth movie (which was centered around water Pokemon), instead of Misty returning, MAY got to be in the spotlight.
2. The water starter to get the most spotlight went to Hikari (although I like Hikari so it doesn't bother me as much)
3. And the third just makes me mad. They have a WATER contest being done by WALLACE who happens to be a WATER oriented person. And who do they bring back? Not Misty but the hull mosquito May.

Yes, this point is sad...But Misty is still a figther and not a contest-girly. I think they made this contest episodes specially for May, to bring her back for some episodes. We Misty-fans can only hope that she will also be back soon.

Lyulf... Get Out!! This is certainly the most Inappropriate place to say something like that. I mean, saying something like that on a regular thread is one thing, but saying it on a CLUB dedicated to Misty fans?!

And, I can't speak for everyone else who is a Misty fan, but as for myself... I just think that she's... Unique... to other anime females, for a vague answer. (slams door on his face)

Sorry for doing that, guys, but he pretty much asked for it. I mean, no one barges into a club that is dedicated to a character to bash the same character and gets away with it!

I have never felt this enraged at a user's comment in my entire career as a Pokeserver (even my anger at cybercubed and others aren't as bad as this). one of the few other times i felt this was during Thanksgiving of last year. A guy named PDL called my entire family and friends Hicks and people whose IQ combined are lower than a Boiled cabbage Just because I was a loyal Misty fan and my family and friends agreed with our cause. I did report him, but still, it gave me a grudge against him.

Anyways, yeah, I do somewhat agree with you guys on both fronts. I mean, I don't like May either (though I won't hold it against any fans [unless if these same fans bashed Misty as well.]

Also, Listen, Kasu-chan, I was working on a video for school (and, admittedly, youtube) that had to deal with my plans, to keep it vague, and you pretty much know of these plans. I was wondering if it was all right to do that?

First of all, it wasn't Nintendo who ditched her. Nintendo does the games, not the anime.
The writers of the anime do that.

I can agree that us Misty fans have been pretty much ridiculed as of lately. The writers just love to mess with us. It's like, every time there's an event that our Misty would perform great at, it's often the spotlight to somebody else. At this point, I'm pretty used to it but I think the next cameo would go to her. I'm seriously hoping that the lure will be brought up, and maybe show some pointers with it maybe? o__O

I don't know whether you guys heard or not but Leafy's site closed down sadly. It was one of the biggest Misty sites around that had loads of wonderful fanart of our favorite redhead. This girl was amazing and I'm seriously going to miss her art. ;___;

Well, at a certain point, even the writers are going to bring Misty back (has anyone heard any details from the blog of Misty's Japanese Voice Seiyuu?), because, at a certain point, they are going to realize that you do NOT throw out a character who made it through five seasons. That, and, hey, chances are the American Anime is going to have something to say, I mean, they have gone out of their way to emphasize a relation ship in the anime between Ash and Misty, up to but not finally, the sixth movie, after Misty left.

Oh lord, yes she is! Could you even imagene May or Dawn running a gym? No. It would be a desaster. Misty began training her pokemon even erlier than Ash did. And from the beginning of the show until now she becomes so strong. We really need to see her back for a cameo to take a look how strong she is now.^^

Well, every Misty fan, the time has come! we WARNED the Pokemon Company that this will happen if they don't bring Misty back, but they didn't listen, and now have to suffer the consequences.

Yes, we must execute the Global Boycott. I will NOT let anything deter me from this set plan, not even the Darkrai event on the 27th. We must not buy ANY Pokemon Products, Nor should we watch any broadcasts of pokemon (as in, pokemon episodes, movies, and/or specials that air on Cartoon Network or any channel that airs them.).

While you can still use the products you already have (Like toys, the video games, periphella, books, or the Pokemon Box Sets/Pokemon Volumes/Pokemon Movies), you cannot buy ANY pokemon stuff (even the ones that are for free, like the Darkrai event.).

Yes, it may be a pain, but sacrifices must be made if we have to Bring her back, and, most importantly, stop sexism for good.

Also, I may have to post the video explaining my rationale later. I do have a video editing system, but for some strange reason, it's not uploading. And since I NEED to edit the video to make it somewhat kid friendly (You know, censorship bars and all), I can't exactly post it right now. But I swear, as soon as Studio 11 is online, I WILL edit and post the videos.

Also, I... Couldn't exactly tell PUSA about this warning and have them deliver the message to the Pokemon Company HQs. When I tried to call them, the voice recording always loops even when it's supposed to be directing me to a representative, and when I tried to type in the current company president into it, it claimed that It didn't recognize the name. Plus, when I tried to type this warning to Pokemon.com's Mailbag, it bounced it back.

Aoyama Nomura said in an Interview with IGN that Ganon "Will be appearing in Twilight Princess, and will have a role far more than Anyone can expect". People were debating whether Ganon was indeed appearing or whether "Nintendo was lying about their own franchise, like the whole "Links Awakening happening before Ocarina of Time" thing". Well, two to three years passed in Japan after that announcement was made, and Ganon DID indeed appear in Twilight Princess. If that happened with him, then It can CERTAINLY happen with Misty return.

Also, the Misty convention is sweeped aside since they claim that "Corporate people in Japan don't have ANYTHING to do with Doushinji Conventions in Japan", despite, oh, I don't know, the fact that AWA was pretty much a Doushinji convention in itself, and it had a Funimation Representitive present at that very same convention. (In fact, I don't see how a Doushinji Convention and an official convention are any different apart from the word "OFFICIAL" slapped onto it.).

Anyways, that's the reason why I'm doing the Boycott, because if they don't bring her back soon, we need a plan b, and this is EXACTLY what this is.

Speaking of the Misty convention, did anyone go to it? if so, how did it go? were there any announcements in regards to Misty returning or not?

EDIT: Slight change in plans, we CAN go to the Darkrai event at Toys R Us, just as long as we don't BUY any Pokemon Products (the Darkrai Event doesn't have you pay anything to get him (well, besides trading a pokemon.).).

However, we still shouldn't watch any Broadcasts of Pokemon, regardless of whether it has Johto or Orange Islands, since, even though we technically don't pay our cable companies money for us to watch them every hour, they contribute via a little thing called ratings, so in order to reinforce that either Misty comes back, or the anime goes down financially, we must ALSO not watch any broadcasts on tv.

Don't worry, I'm still here. And I'm pretty sure the other forum members are going to return shortly.

But if you didn't buy any pokemon products, how would that represent our feelings for the want of misty's return?

Well, considering how I've sent them two letters involving a global boycott warning should they not meet our demands (one of which also contains some links to petitions, as well as a petition of my own containing over 900 people), I'd say that, if they know of the boycott, that would represent that we will do ANYTHING to bring her back.

Also, this could kill the anime being aired to america if enough people do it.

It may even kill the anime being aired throughout the entire world, even Japan if enough people do it, yes, I know, it's a risk, but if it means bringing Misty back, so be it.

Anyways, as I have said before, Misty will come back. Also, I edited the original posting to exclude the Darkrai event since I figured, If I'm going to get it, why not everyone else. Besides, it won't impact sales or ratings either way, so even IF we boycott that, it wouldn't have mattered since it doesn't generate any Revinue.

Also, I was kinda waiting for a response in regards to the Misty Convention in japan. I never went since, well, one it was a school week, two, it was finals week, three, I had 2 projects due on the day after the convention. I was wondering if anyone went and how it went? I mean, I do want to hear any news on Misty's return.

BTW, guys, I've been having, in terms of the fanbase, a rough time since someone (a Mod, and not to mention one of the founders) thought it was a good Idea to take MY post on the BMGf Misty club in regards to the boycott and transform it into it's own thread in the Hall of Shame just to spite and mock me. I mean, guys, it was an abuse of power on her part, and not to mention, it was really... angering. The events that happen in this episode (flashbacks)
Misty was previously in a Pokemon Water Tournament and lost once again, but she felt this loss meant that she wasn't progressing much as a gymleader, with the sole exception of Gyarados.

I only joined the crowd because your pm just stopped me in my tracks. Banning a mod just because she isn't an extremist is just wrong. Accept that she is okay with Misty not being on the show because I am too but that doesn't mean that we dont like her anymore. We just adjusted and are appreciating what other stuff the anime has to bring to us.

Well, to answer your question, Kasumi, Misty is Actually a real name. there was a famous Volleyball player named "Misty May".

I wasn't trying to ban Kasumi because she wasn't of the same viewpoint as me (If I was, I would have to ban Anime/Mangalover and several OTHER misty fans as well [Including you], And I didn't do that.), I was trying to ban her because she abused her power to make a thread in my name in an attempt to mock me and others without my knowledge or my consent. If you made a similar post and a mod abused his/her power to make a thread in your name just so said mod can abuse and ostracize you without your knowledge or consent, you would probably have done a similar action that I did in that PM.

Also, having one of your favorite characters (even ones you don't mind not returning for the time being) being portrayed in nudity and demeaning pics (much less showing them on the net) is just flat out wrong, and only serves to demean a person/character. That's what I meant by people only draw inappropriate pictures of these people/characters because they actually dislike them, since a person does these things to demean a person, and demeaning is caused by dislike.

And, yeah, I know it seemed a bit too serious, but I feel as though, if a person says "I want Misty to come back", they should really mean it, instead of just saying something and doing another. See, if they only say that they want misty to come back, yet don't have any intentions of trying to actually have her return at all, I view that as being a hypocrite and a liar (not that I'm implying that you or anyone else who has currently taken a break from bringing her back are ones, since you at least tried. But still.). Since I feel this way, I feel that I must be almost an extremist since I can't be in-between since that seems to calculate Hypocracy.

Yeah, I kinda figured that was the reason when I thought about it (the part about not wanting to look like an idiot, I mean). Also, I was kinda brought up with the belief that people who only try to bash others just to make themselves look better is neither intelligence nor maturity.

Also, I wasn't attempting to boycott PUSA necessarily (though, since it's a global boycott, they'll be affected by it.), I was attempting to boycott the Pokemon Company (which was lost in the original post.) The people on there were thinking that, just because I said the Pokemon Company, I must have meant PUSA, when I actually meant the Pokemon company, as in, the Japanese HQs.

Also, I would have responded to that thread again, but someone close to me suggested I don't since they are most likely trying to egg me on. Plus, she also suggested that I quit Bulbagarden because of their behavior and how the Mods acted. I might PM Dragonite24, but I'll wait for the time being.

Also, I was working on a Fanfic that explains the events of Misty's birth. It's called "Misty's birth and the survival of an Ambush.", and it attempts to explain why Misty is living with only her sisters, what happened to her parents, and why she fears bug pokemon so much.

Anyways, I somewhat agree with that scenario. I mean, I did notice how the gym leaders, for the most part, lose to rookies, and the only exceptions are Ash and Sakura, and for the most part seem to be equated in strength to JJM (since they lose to even the weaker pokemon/pokemon trainers.)

I wasn't trying to ban Kasumi because she wasn't of the same viewpoint as me (If I was, I would have to ban Anime/Mangalover and several OTHER misty fans as well

No, no, I don't plan to or want to ban you. I was explaining to our friend Crystal Clair what I WOULD have done if I was banning the BMGf mod Kasumi just because She doesn't share the same "extremist" viewpoints with me (since you did kinda gave up on bringing Misty back, no offense.) since she thought that I was trying to ban Kasumi (The BMGf mod, I mean) because she shares a different viewpoint from me, which wasn't the case. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

That's what I meant by people only draw inappropriate pictures of these people/characters because they actually dislike them, since a person does these things to demean a person, and demeaning is caused by dislike.

Not true, I've done pictures of Misty and Shinji overweight, just to see what they'd look like. And if someone draws pictures of them in hentai/ecchi, that means they find them hot or attractive, not the opposite, or else my friend Darkgamergs wouldn't like Flannery ecchi/hentai at all.

Hey, guys? about the "Bring Misty Back' video. I've completed the necessary editing (Though I'll need to do a directors cut sometime in the future.), but I can't upload it yet since I have to go on vacation and I also have to edit the videos to their appropriate video tabs. @Anime/Mangalover247: congradulations on your going back to bringing back Misty, I'm proud that we are trying to fight for a good cause. Not that I was upset at you leaving, but still.

@Crystal Clair: I kinda sent you a PM in regards to your response because I didn't want a flame war to erupt on here. just saying just in case you didn't see it.

Anyways, I hope this will convince everyone to Bring back Misty (The Video, I mean). I promised you guys, as well as several of my classmates, that I will show this video (It may be a few months late, since I was originally going to show it during the announcements, but things didn't go exactly as planned.)

Also, I haven't heard anything about the Misty Convention, and, well, I'm kinda waiting in regards to anyone who has managed to go to it, as to what it was like, and possibly any hints at Misty returning.

Well I recently heard that Misty may return next year or sadly possibly not until...2010 when 5th generation pokemon come out Though this is not 100% clear, but it seems certain. All I know is that Misty will make a mini-return for sure. Though, the full time return is still in doubt.

well guys, After a long time trying to edit the first part of the video (it made references to LH), and having to significantly waterdown the video due to my not having the experience of trying to blur multiple targets instead of just one, as well as an insane length of time trying to upload them on youtube (my first problem had to deal with it not having the correct video coding on the first part), I have finally finished the Bring Misty Back video. I do plan on making a director's cut in the future, but that has to wait until I have the proper experience of actually utilizing multiple blurs.

BTW, If any of you are May fans, I'd suggest you try to avoid the second part, since I do NOT wish to offend you. But if you May fans still insist on watching it, all I have to say is "watch it with extreme caution" since, no offense, but you know what I'm like around her.

I don't know if I should post this on bulbagarden, though. I mean, after what some of the mods did to my post announcing the Boycott

(in fact, no offense to you, Beach boy, but due to my experiences on Bulbagarden and Serebiiforums, it's hard to place trust on a Mod, since the majority of them were just down right dispicable to some of the people on there, insulting them, calling them noobs in regards to future events in pokemon [and still call them that even IF these so-called "Noobs" are right]. I know one mod on serebiiforums who is relatively less corrupt, and that was Medea though, I must admit, even she shows those same tendencies)

I don't think I can trust many of them. with Serebiiforums, well I really can't do it even though I want to since... well... I was banned from the club there.

Also, this was also meant to be for my real life friends as well (I first intended this video (the full version, I mean) to be aired during the morning announcements at school, but things didn't go exactly as planned, since the video editing teacher didn't really have time to help out by the time I asked him (since it was a very hectic week due to his trying to help during the final week of school.).).

Anyways, for kasumi_chan_x: nice fanart of Misty. Though I'm a little surprised at the artist who drew it drawing her Kimono to be very tiny. Also, If it's next year, that's great (Let's hope it's a perfect return. Heck, Crystal Clair's idea of how Misty might appear in D/P might actually lead in to her return to the Main cast perfectly [and certainly better than the Ivy plothole.].), for 2010, well, let's first see if there truly IS a Gen V first. there is some debate that the Pokemon Anime (if not the entire franchise) might end at Gen IV.

@Beachboy: I read your post, and I must ask you this... What did you mean by "Prepares for upcoming onslaught"? I mean, not trying to insult you or anything, but I just didn't get what you were meaning by that statement.

Also, as a final note towards the boycott, I saw some disturbing mentions as to how I'm not boycotting the pokemon Franchise just because I'm responding to the forums. However, I wanted to mention that I'm boycotting things that actually give marketable gain towards the Pokemon Company (in other words, the games, the anime, the TGC, the mangas, and all of the merchandising material), The fansites don't count since they don't really supply the same kind of marketing appeal as buying the games, or watching a broadcast of Pokemon on Cartoon network, for example. Besides, if we didn't visit the fansites, how on earth would we get news on Misty returning? so eitherway, boycotting the fansites would be pointless since we would need info on Misty returning.

Also, I noticed that every time I sent in a threaten to boycott them, something Misty related happened in Japan shortly there after. the first attempt at the BMB letter, We got a blog of Mayumi Iizuka. The second attempt at the BMB letter, we got a Misty convention in Japan. I don't know if this is a coincidence or if it's tied together (though I personally believe it's the latter), but I thought it was interesting to note this.

There was an interview with one of the main storyboard writers of Pokemon DP and was the original director up to the Battle Frontier. Misty was brought up in the interview

So, will Misty ever return to the show? His answer was a flat out no - not as a main character, anyway. If she is to ever return to the show, it will only be in a minor role as something like as a rival for a tournament, similar to May returning for a few Diamond and Pearl episodes. But no, "Kasumi-san" would never return as a main character again, unfortunately. I heard him mention "Pokemon Contests" in his response to my question, but the translator did not tell me what he meant.

Weedle, about that video, before I watch, are you in it? Since I have no idea what you look like or sound like, I at least want to know if you're gonna be in it.

Hmm... I've read the answer... but, to be honest, I'm not worried. Even though the director said that she wasn't going to be a Main character again, that doesn't mean he can't change his mind. King George the III had denied America's freedom for over eight years, and come the end of the revolutionary war, despite denying it for eight straight years, he eventually caved and gave us our freedom. If it took this long for Charles III to cave, I'm pretty sure that the Writer's staff will cave as well.

Besides, he probably said the same thing about Brock during the Orange Islands (or at least hinted it through his direction, Brock barely got any appearances, and his only movie appearance in Movie 2, seemed to hint at his staying for good.).

As for your question, let's just say that my true form will be shown to you as you will see before your very eyes. Though, as of right now, you might have to watch Part 3 to actually see my true Identity, since there was a slight mistake with Part 1 that unfortunately can't be fixed until Monday (since that's when I'll try to upload it up again.)

And, unfortunately, I had to delete the original part 1 since 1. It had a strange glitch when I tried to upload it since apparantly, the only thing from the video that can even be activated was the recorded dialogue (the screen was pitch black), and 2. I was forced to delete it since Youtube doesn't accept duplicates.

However, I doubt it would have mattered anyways, since the reviews I have been getting were just downright terrible. I'm pretty sure that If you saw them, you would have been sick to the stomach with anger and disgust. One of the people who mocked me, Redtye, seems to be from Bulbagarden (or at least, he seemed to hint at that since he referenced my rants on there.). at least two of them were dropping the F-bomb, and mocked me entirely, as well as insulted Misty.
