You have to catch and purify all the snaggable pokemon, and beat Mount Battle, plus you must use the pokemon that you used in Colosseum, not ones that were traded after you beat the game.

Actually, you can use Pokemon that you traded from r/s into the story mode in Colosseum in the Mt. Battle to get Ho-oh. Also, you get Ho-oh when beating the 100th trainer in Mt. Battle, but it must be in Battle Mode. NOT in the Story Mode Mt. Battle. You get a Time Flute there.
Just here to clear up a few things. :)

You can buy them from a shop somewhere... I think it's in the city/town where you got the case from... although I'm not sure.

I believe you get a second chance at every Pokemon. I'm not sure though...

At least one more chance for every Pokémon. Most however have unlimited chances, but there are a few who only have two chances like the Gold/Silver starter Pokémon. I don't know the complete list.

You have unlimited chances of catching any Pokemon. The trainers just change positions sometimes. It ook me forever to catch Suicune and Croconaw. I tried about 10 times each (I kept forgetting Croconaw was at such a low level, thus leading to it fainting from 1 of my attacks).

I really need help.
On action replay, I've snagged pokemon that can't normally be snagged with a ocde, resulting in them being shadow. They can't be cured the normal way, even if you get the heart gauge to its lowest, but they can be cured with time flutes. There are three time flutes in the game, and I've got the first and second, and used the first. Is there any way to get infinite time flutes with code/trick OTHER than the one on the action repay site? That code doesn't work, it says invalid data, and it's listed under key items codes, while the curing time flute is a normal item.
If you can help me, *please* post or pm me about this. Post is better, because of my pm limit, I need to delete a lot of my messages.

Well if purifying even after clearing the dark bar dousen't do it, and you have to use time flutes all the time, plus the cheat dousn't work, your only real option is to wait until another cheat is found or maybe look to see if someone on the internet has discovered one.

You can't get a scizor with silver wind legally, same for a lot of other moves on non-snaggable pokemon.
But I managed to figure out how to do it.

You have unlimited chances of catching any Pokemon.
Not true. You only have ONE chance at getting Togetic.

Is Team Snagem Hideout just a bonus stage for snagging shadow pokemon? Because I read somewhere that Realgam Tower is the last place you have to clear to finish the game.

Ok, maybe someone else has already asked this question but i'm too lazy to look. In poke'mon colosseum, which i have had for a week and havn't finished yet, is it possible to catch Nascour and the evil mayor dudes poke'mon again if you don't get them the first time round, and can you catch the other four shadow poke'mon from the previous four battles if you miss them? I fought for 2 hours and caught those four in a row and then i missed nascour and the evil wario lookin' dudes poke'mon, so i reset it because he scared me. So there you go. Bling bling...

Ok can anyone clear this up? Do you get Ho-oh in Story mode or the Battle mode? I have beat the first 6 Battle Mountain stages and I want to know if finishing it will give me Ho-oh or just a flute.

You get Ho-oh in Colosseum mode, not the Story mode, after capturing and purifying all 48 snaggable Pokemn. You get him after beating the 100th opponent at Mount Battle.

I have a small question...
Okay, I know you're supposed to get a second chance at snagging dark Pokemon you missed... but I missed Entei. (It killed all my Pokemon but one, and all of it's attacks were super effective!) Is it possible to get a second chance there? If so, does anyone know how or where?

Someone's been lying to you. You cannot get Pikachu in Colosseum. The best (only) place for you to look is Ruby/Sapphire's Safari Zone for a Pikachu.
Oh, and for recapturing Entei, the next place you'll fight Cipher Admin Dakim is the Deep Colosseum. Entei will still remain at L40, so be warned (as you'll have L65+ Pokemon at this point), but will be slightly easier to capture as you'll have more Ultra Balls to play with. Bring one or two L40ish Pokemon to help you wear down Entei. I recommend either an Altaria/Swablu with Sing, or a Gligar with Sand-Attack. Or you can add any of your Ruby/Sapphire Pokemon at this point.

That Pikachu is in Colosseum, but I believe it's only on the JPN version. I could be wrong though.
EDIT: Never mind, I got in contact with a JPNese friend. Apparently it's false.

Have you seen the new cheats on Gamefaqs?
You can use balls without really using them, really good for the Masterball. (I tested it, it works)
And you can now clone Pokémon too. (This one I haven't tested)
Go see at the URL below.

I wish I knew about that Masterball trick earlier, it would really have made things much more convient and easier especially for Skarmory.

Can I clone my game by removing the memory card during play, putting a different one in, and then going and saving at the computer?
Are there any special pokemon that have moves they wouldnt otherwise be able to learn. I'm remembering Pikachu with Surf and Gligar with Earthquake from Stadium and was wondering if there was any similar things like that and what they were.

If you're at the beggining of the game, go to the colloseum and beat it. You'll get TM Toxic. Then get out and some guy will take you to a dungeon. Finish the dungeon, and the story will continue.
P.S: Get ready before getting to the dungeon.
