The Blocked Elite 4..

hello everyone,Now im playing Pokemon LeafGreen...
And the problem is....
I've got all badges...
i've pass through the Victory Road..
and when im arrive at Pokemon League,the woman blocked the door and she says that Lorelei is absent!!
I cant go in battle rooM!!
please!!What should i do?I need ur help!!
