on lapras , what shoud I change for t-bolt body slam or confuse ray

and who should I gove sludge bomb to venusaur or dugtrio?

and I am on the islands for the 1st time (after obtaning volcano badge)

oh and if it is not too much trouble can anyone give me the ev's for my pokemon and the hidden powers for venusaur,raichu, and dugtrio

I guess Growth can work as a half-Calm Mind. I like Light Screen though, since Venusaur has so many special weaknesses.

Hypno does not do well with weak physical attacks like Headbutt and Brick Break. And as a Pokemon, Hypno is more defensive than Alakazam or Gardevoir, and should be used as such. I'd put Thunder Wave on just about every Hypno such paralysis is so cool and it has the defenses to pull it off. Your last move can be Fire Punch (only through breeding or Emerald tutor), or Reflect, or Seismic Toss for consistent damage.

Meh, too bad HP Bug is out of the question, but at least no one uses Celebi in-game. Earthquake over Magnitude, stick a Choice Band on, Sludge Bomb for Grassers and that's it. You'll never ever need to use Slash.

Body Slam, it's not gonna do much damage to common special walls and thunderbolt still has a chance of paralysis.

Dugtrio. Since Venusaur is Bold, it won't be able to do that much damage cause of the attack drop.

It's a bit too late to EV train any of your Pokemon. EV training requires that you haven't battled any Pokemon AT ALL. You need to start fresh so that you can put the EVs in the right places. The only solution to this, besides getting new Pokemon, is to trade to Emerald and feed them EV-deleting Berries (though it's gonna be impossible to find enough berries to wipe out all the EVs on the entire team).

You can't get good Hidden Powers in game and it's pretty pointless to try unless you feel like spending 93852191942759492749124802849 hours doing it.
