Dragonair/Dragonite moveset?

Soo my Dragonair pretty much sucks, he's nearly evolved and I would like him to have a good move set lol soo here he is:
(On Fire Red btw)

Hardy Nature
Attack: 105, Defense: 80, SP Atk: 86, SP Def: 86, Speed: 102
Shock Wave
Hyper Beam
Surf
Dragon Rage

Dragonite has lots of options for moves:

Aerial Ace
Earthquake
Dragon Dance
Ice Beam

The typical Dragon Dancing set where Aerial Ace and Earthquake cover most types, and Ice Beam takes care of things like Aerodactyl and Zapdos who are resistant to the other attacks.

Focus Punch
Fire Blast/Ice Beam
Item: Choice Band

A Choice Banded set. Salamence has a similar moveset, but one of Dragonite’s advantages is its ability to learn Focus Punch.

i dont like focus punch.its a good move,but it can easily be stopped by simply atacking the dragonite.my dragonite knows...

there may be better options,but this move set has been pretty effective for me.

T Bolt, F Thrower, I Beam, Surf, D Claw

Use either T/Bolt and Ice Beam together, or F/Thrower and D Claw.

Focus Punch is a good move, when used correctly.
1)with a Substitute up
2)in 2v2 with a partner using Follow Me

I'd use Brave nature on the SubFPunchBoltbeam variety. LOL @ Rash
