If you're not sweeping with it, run a variation of this EV spread:

Jolteon (M) @ Leftovers ** Pet Me, Pl0x
EVs: 132 HP / 180 Spd / 140 SAtk / 56 SDef

Jolteon has excellent ability to absorb some special attacks and this gives it 375 speed, enough to outgun anything (And if you're desperate, it will survive a non-boosted HP Flying :o). If you want, drop some of the SDef and put it into SAtk, this spread has 291, it's still gonna 2HKO Swampy with good prediction and take respectable chunks out of everything else (20-22% on standard Snorlax is what I've seen with T-Bolt)

Blaziken (M) @ Choice Band
