Six Sacred Ashes and six shiny legendaries…without a cheating device?
Also, I hope you realize that Sacred Ash does not work as a hold item. It is used the same way you would use a Potion or a Full Heal, meaning it won’t work if you simply give it to your Pokemon.

Second, don’t use Hidden Powers in-game (only use them on Netbattle). More often than not, in-game Hidden Powers won’t have the type or power that you want because your Pokemon have imperfect stats.

You need appropriate natures too, although those are impossible to change if you’ve already caught these Pokemon.

Here's my Pokemon Emerald Team,(All Lv.100)

Shiny Rayquaza:Leftovers
EVs: 40 HP / 216 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid/Modest Nature
Thunderbolt
Crunch
Flamethrower
Dragon Claw

The FlameClaw combo is pretty cool since it handles every type, but Surf and HP Fighting are useless. Thunderbolt is for Kyogre and Crunch takes care of Mewtwo and Mew.

Shiny Ho-Oh:Choice Band
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SAtk
Adamant Nature
Earthquake
Aerial Ace
Shadow Ball
Sacred Fire

I would recommend Calm Mind Ho-oh here, but I also like Choice Band Ho-oh since it packs a lot of punch. The strategy is simple - just hit stuff hard.

Shiny Lugia:Leftovers
EVs: 192 HP / 164 Def / 88 SAtk / 64 SDef
Bold Nature
Ice Beam
Calm Mind
Recover
Safeguard/Substitute/Whirlwind

Lugia is not an attacker, it's a defender and its moves should be used as such. It only really needs one attack and Ice Beam is your best choice since its supereffective against other legendaries like Rayquaza, Groudon, and Latios. Both Safeguard and Substitute protect you from status and Whirlwind can be important for blowing away opponents that try to Calm Mind too.

Shiny Mewtwo:Leftovers
EVs: 36 HP / 220 Spd / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature
Psychic
Ice Beam/Flamethrower
Shadow Ball/Flamethrower/Calm Mind
Recover

You'll want Flamethrower somewhere on this Mewtwo because otherwise, Metagross will beat it down. Shadow Ball is iffy, but it can work since Mewtwo's attack is quite high. You can also go with Calm Mind.

Shiny Groudon:Leftovers
EVs: 40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spd
Adamant/Jolly Nature
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Swords Dance
Fire Blast/Overheat

Groudon should not use special attacks since it is a physical attacker. The only special attack you should consider is Fire Blast or Overheat, since they get a boost in the sunlight. Also, Swords Dance is better than Bulk Up. Groudon's Defense is high enough and does not need boosting. So with Swords Dance, you can power up your attack faster.

Shiny Kyogre:Leftovers
EVs: 6 HP / 216 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid/Modest Nature
Calm Mind
Ice Beam
Surf
Thunder

HP Ground? Uh..no. Thunder is the standard for other water types.

That is a personal opinion. Have you even tried NB?

Brightpowder, lol. Leftovers should be on all those Pokemon except Groudon (which should have CB because CB Groudon is better than SD Groudon). Rayquaza can also use CB but his Dragon Dance set is much more effective in my opnion.

Mullet: Dragon Dance doesn't have to be on every that could learn Dragon Dance. I know that Rayquaza Status are already high enought for "Dragon Dance," you shouldn't miss out of those cool moves that Rayquaza can learn.

Okay, I will try Net Battle, but no funny bussiness!

Tory I never said it had to be on everything that can learn it just most things that can learn it use it well. Rayquaza's stats are not TOO high for DD. Something's can still outspeed it and it can't OHKO everything without an attack boost.

Okay I look forward to seeing you battle on NB. xD
