Bad topic. You don’t need to use any of those Pokemon to beat the Elite 4. All you need is a team of decent Pokemon around level 45-60 and a stash of Full Restores and you’re ready.
And why would you use Sceptile against Ice Pokemon when Sceptile is weak against Ice attacks? And why, of all the moves, would you use Dragonbreath when it’s not even supereffective against Ice Pokemon?
Also, please learn to use proper capitalization and grammar and to actually learn the names of the trainers.

Mkay..very nice..
But not everybody can get a Machamp and an Alakazam because they need to be traded to be obtained.

Best way to beat Emerald in RSE is a Medicham with Brick Break/Hi Jump Kick and Shadow Ball, which decimates nearly every team there single-handedly.

Just 1 if you give Medicham Rock Slide. Heck, once your guys are at level 100, just about any pokemon you find can beat the E4 by itself.

I did it with two Pokes. Starmie (Thunderbolt, Ice Beam) and Medicham (Shadow Ball, Brick Break). Starmie has high Speed and Special Attack, Medicham has STAB BB and decent Speed/Defense/Special Defense, and then I brought along a couple Full Restores and Leppa Berries to recharge between battles.

In Emerald I beat the Pokemon League with a Lv:80 Rayquaza, Lv:30 Ditto, Lv:62 Swampert, Lv:60 Blaziken, and 2 eggs! I beat Ruby and Sapphire too!

That really isn't saying much. With a better moveset, a Lv80 Rayquaza can defeat the E4 by itself.
