looks good maybe extreme speed over fireblast which wont really help vs anything, metagross goes down to earthquake

No swords dance? replace HP ghost with that. then replace rock slide with hidden power rock.rock slide is bad

Seems good to me, but dunno about kyogre\groudon being on same team. Maybe a poke that benefits from sunlight, say exeggutor?

S-Toss doesn't really work trust me. They will just recover off the damage.

Defence is pointless in ubers.

Rest if you want to tank. I guess the EVs are okay. I use: 76 HP / 220 Spd / 212 SAtk but that is just me. That spread may be outdated as I have not played ubers or battled in any metagame for a while now.

You were running a strange Lugia my friend. Try that, you can either use my EVs or if Pyro comes in a helps you can use his EVs to see which one you like better we use the same set. You might want to try Reflect Lugia which is also pretty cool.
