Hi i'm new and i've seen some hacks that people have made but i cant paly them with my VisualBoyAdvance emulator. Can anyone tell me how to work the hacks?

hi and water pokemon do rule since i have had alot of experience as them anyway i dont know how to hack into games only internet websites * how do u do those line through the writing dam controll pannel* .
