I haven't used a spinner in a long time either. lol bon4r. You could try Counter on this >HP Rock, it's actually pretty nifty (especially if you put some SDef EVs on it; it'll take an HP (Special) from Zappy for about 60-65%)

Yeah this thing can work. I like CM over Seed and some random HP [Special] over Psychic so random Ttar's don't lol at you when this is the only thing left.

I never use a spinner and I can kill Skarm with haste, so I never really need one. Some of my pokes have unknown sets that will kill Skarm in 2-3 hits.

Pursuitgross kills anything that would effect toxistall. Charmbreon has no use on a team that's no specifically designed to use it. Celebi needs 236-240 HP.
