That's just a guess. I know that they would want it out so people could have it for Christmas. Christmas is a very busy time of year for Nintendo. ;)

Wrong. Japan's not even getting it that early! Japan's getting it in Autumn which is about December and November. USA will be around the spring/summer of 2007.

That is true. Most Pokemon games are like this. It comes out in Japan and then 3-5 months later it comes out for the U.S and 2-3 months in other places.

In no way would they release them in Summer. Nintendo has started releasing its products almost simulatively, and if not, then with no big spaces. Nintendo Wii, the new console we'll have a global release in 2006. It will be just difference of days the time that it will release either in Japan or America and Europe. The reason that the Dungeons has such big space difference was because of the many texts to translatate, and mostly because of the official names' that hadn't been released. In my opinion Diamond and Pearl will mostly release in end of winter 2006 - start/middle of spring 2007. I know that sounds a bit weird, mostly because of the translation that sould be made, but it's 3-years developing game, there's neither time for apades, not is reason either. That's my opinion anyway.

With LG/FR the pictures from Japan I seen cabout 3-5 months before the game came out ..... I could of been slow or somethink ...Any way I hope its the same with pokemon D/P

D/P isnt 3D. Its almost completely 2D. a better term would be that it's a different view of 2D
