Well i got to the E4 but i cant beat lance any thoughts and btw my pokemon are weak exept for 2:(

Use an electric for Gyrados.
Use an ice attack on ALL the Dragonites. Use water attacks, on Aerodactyl and Charizard.
If you'r pokemon, are weak except two. Thats what you get for neglecting your pokemon. Only raising two, is not a good idea. Because every pokemon has weaknesses also. So now just start a new game, get a better team and raise them properly.

VaPoReAn: Can you tell us your Pokemon first because anyone can tell what moves to use and you might not have those Pokemon that can use Ice attacks or any other move.

Well sicne Lance is mainly a Dragon trainer use Ice with the others strong Electric moves.

Yeah, stick with what enyce said mostly. That will bring you the most help.
