Is This A New Pokemon

i was looking at this page and noticed that every thing on it is either a trainer/ character or a pokemon ( in the picture ) and if you look left of the new bird pokemon you see a little red starfish looking thing the question im asking is why would they put a regular sea animal in a picture with nothing else but pokemon heres the link to the page im refering to

Um... correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that May's bandana (or whatever that head thingy is called)? :S
If you look at the picture, you can clearly see May isn't wearing it, and that ''Pokémon'' has the same pattern May has on her bandana.

Actually, its 'Pokemon Ranger and the Prince of the Sea', just so you don't get cussed out by anyone... ><;; Some people can overract.
Also, yeah I believe thats May's headband as well...at least thats what I've always figured it was...

I find it interesting how after the question has been answered, many people continue to post, saying the most basic form of the answer, not adding anything new. Could it be to raise your post count, or could it just be foolishness?

Another thing, correct me if im wrong, it could have never even been possible that it was a new pokemon. They would tell us first. They dont just put new pokemon in a movie ad without telling us what it is! And if theres nothing left to talk about in this thread, it should be closed.
