Begining mini quest ideas!

In R/B/Y, you had to get a parcel for Oak. In S/G/C you had to go to mr pokemon's house and get an egg. In R/S/E, you had to rescue Birch! What about D/P? Lets think of some stuff! Lets see.... heres mine.

Your father sends you to the the prof's lab to get your first pokemon. The opposite gender hero is there and says prof ___ went to the grocery store to get some stuff. You tell the opposite gender hero you came to get your first pokemon. He/She agrees to come with you to the store to help find the prof. When you get there you find out it's been taken over by team ____. All the police, reporters, and nurse joy are outside the building, but prof ____ is inside. You and the opposite gender go inside and find the prof all tied up. Team _____ grunt comes up to you and challenges you to a battle. He has stolen something important. Prof _____ throws you three pokeballs and you pick one, of course, knowing what pokemon is inside. The opposite gender brings out a pokemon. And there's your first double battle side by side. When you beat the grunt, he gives you the stolen goods back and runs away. The opposite gender unties the prof and the prof and the store manager thank you. The manager gives you one of the store's special items, thus giving you your pokegear/watch/nav etc. After a trip back to the lab, you start your adventure no longer the opposite gender with you.

What do you guys think of that? You get the picture! Lets hear some ideas!

..... Or that egg you said bluestorm it might be like that egg in GSC. With 50% of it being shiny and 50% being non-shiny.

Here's one of my friend's idea:

You live with your older sister in Futaba town. your sister says she is going to the shop in the next town and that you should go make a new friend. So you head to the neighbors house. When you step inside you see a boy/girl your own age sitting at the table putting chopped up fruit into a bowl. he/she doesnt notice your intrusion. You dont want to bother him/her, or so you say to yourself, so you sneak past him/her upstairs. You enter the room closest to the stairs to find a little boy sitting on the bottom bunk of the bunk bed. He looks at you strangely and starts screaming. "SOME ONE BROKE INTO OUR HOUSE, DIAMOND/PEARL!!!! SOME ONE BROKE IN!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHH!!!!! HE/SHE IS GONNA STRANGLE ME!!!!!! HELLLLLLLPPPPPPP!!!!!"
Diamond/Pearl rushes up before you can tell the kid to "shut up im not gonna strangle you!" ' with a manyula. Before you can say a thing your tied to a chair with the little boy throwing stuffed pokedolls at your face. Moments later a tall guy with a white lab coat on walks in and starts yelling at the little kid... nice guy. He unties you and introduces himself as prof____. The little boy says " sorry i gagged you and tied you to a chair and threw pokedolls at your face. You ask were the older boy/girl went and prof____ says, "Diamond/Pearl is down stairs eating fruit." Later your sister comes home and askes if you made a new friend, you reply happily, "Yes!! i did! they tied me up gagged me and threw stuff at my face, but GUESS WHAT!!! I GOT A POKEMON!! ITS A __________!!!! they gave it to me to say sorry for tying me to a chair! ^^"

I like that idea that you have to live with your older sibling because I really do live with my sister. I don't know about braking into a house but Manyula will be that perfect sidekick Pokemon though.

Yeah, I thought G/S/C were the best generation of pkmn games ever created even though the graphics stunk. Anyhoo, there should be an event such as that like getting Farfetch'd back, getting the gym leader to come down from the tower by getting medicine for the sick pokemon there, or, as you said, helping that miltank.

Or for example you having to I think chasing that Bonsly to the right place. So basically you have to chase a Pokemon to the right place until it gets to the trainer.
