For fanfiction I'd suggest checking out the Writer's Lounge (http://pokecommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=120) in general, or just the stickied thread labeled 'Fanfiction Lounge,' although both seem pretty inactive nowadays. For Other Writing, there's the same stickied lounge as well. ^_^
