well i found htis really wierd pokemon in the pokemon pics in pokepic and i dont know what it is it isnt in hte pokedex of ruby and sapphire or anthing tell me? im confused

Like said, Chimecho's very rare and is only found at the top of Mt. Pyre, so you might have to look a while to encounter one. Chimecho doesn't actually evolve, Eevee. ^_^; And i'd agree that avatar scares me too.
