Does the code, where you can choose the moves the wild pokemon it will have when you catch it exsist??? Because I cant find it

What do you mean? Gameshark? Action Replay? Glitch? What kind of cheat.

Gameshark, playing on the emulator. Playing legal has gotten boring, I wanna spice it up
Cyndaquil with Sacred fire
Some random human shaped pokemon with cross chop
Hitmontop with better moves
