Altering Cave Question! help please :)

Hey guys... sorry if this is an old old question, but i'm new... so...:\

Do any of you guys know how to get to altering cave? I heard you can catch Mareep there, and I beat the Elite 4... so how come I still can't find it? does it exist? Help me out if you could i'd appreciate it!

Altering Cave is found north of Six Island. The only Poke you will ever find in it is Zubat. Whoever told you that you could find anything else is wrong.
