Dude, no one uses Shadow Ball with a Modest Nature. That's just common sense. :\

Flamethrower and Ice Beam are options as well. You definately need Calm Mind over Shadow Ball like Pax Deorum suggested.

Recover/Psychic/Calm Mind/Thunder/Thunderbolt/Ice Beam/Substitute/Safeguard/Flamethrower/Taunt
^Basically choose 4 of those and it prolly should have Calm Mind along with it...
THere are also physical sets which I am sure someone will post 4 you but I am lazy...

Thanks! Now the process of doing it. Are there any different movesets and natures for Mewtwo? The one I suggested, is it the best?

You forgot EVs. Pokemon can’t be at their best without proper EVs.
The thing that sucks is that since I am in a dorm for the next six weeks, I am using a laptop that can’t access Netbattle, so I can’t give good EV spreads during that time. But for that Mewtwo, you would need enough EVs for 351 Speed (outruns Timid Latios/Latias). About 400-420 Special Attack is good and some HP EVs won’t hurt.

Brave is a horrible nature for Mewtwo. As Fr0st said, there are physical sets for him, but lowering his speed doesn't help at all. With his low defenses, he needs speed the most, to at least try to sweep.

I know it's a horrible nature. That's just what I caught. What's a good moveset for that?

Depending on IV, Mewtwo can still reach 361 with a Brave nature, if you're willing to sacrifice a lot of EV on it. (361 is the max speed of a Timid Latias/Latios, BTW). Minimum speed is 292 with Brave assuming a 0 IV stat.

Sorry, I misread the guide I was looking at, I read 360 instead of 350. Anyway, the point still stands, Mewtwo does need to outspeed a lot of things so bear in mind the Speed tiers.
