Old Team - My first T/S/S on XD

[White Lotus]

This was the first team i ever constructed with only access to emerald and xd. I've switched and tweaked it considerably since but i thought it would be fun to see what you guys would've done to it and how close i was to doing the right things. I made this team after i beat xd to sweep through all the extra stuff in the game but made changes since to more of a battle team. I also am not listing evs because i only bred for natures and traded them in.(No IVs or EVs)

Suggestions in bold, Lunatone's sets are not bold because I had a problem reading. They are changed but you need to look what I changed. I'm not a pro so this is not the best selection you'll get. Hope this helps! ty :)

Boltbeam TTar is better. :d Boltbeam=no weak.

- Explosion/Agillity/Substitute
(Physical Sweep - Pure Power)
Explosion Rocks on Metagross. 600+ effective attack is deadly.

Flygon - (Jolly) - 'Levitate' w/Choice band

- Return
- HP Flying/Fire Blast

No No No, Flygon has 100 base Atk and only 80 Sp.Atk. And get's STAB from Earthquake. That's the way to go. Strap a CB on and you're set. Fire Blast for Skarm and Forry.

You have enough Physical Sweepers in your team. Use Lunatone if you really want. Use Regice as a special wall instead of Cradilly, he does it much better.

Makes use of Serene Grace. Lowers SP def with Psychic, Paralyzes with Thunderbolt and Confusion with Water Pulse.

Lugialord, I got a few things to say about your suggestions.

BOAH Tyranitar is great, and if you suggest DDTar, at least switch Thunderbolt to Taunt.

Psychic isn't meant for Metagross. Its a physical attacker that can be a Agiligross or CBgross.

Yeah Yomama - Stick up for the BOAH my fav poke of all. Thanks for the input guys but try to remember i'm building out from Tyraniboah<changing him is a deal breaker>. I don't have anything against Ddtar, he is a devastating poke but i love me some boah. And when i said i wanted jirachi i meant i physically wanted a jirachi not a build but you hit the build i was gonna use. I can't believe you picked water pulse i thought that was gonna be my little twist <lathspell climbed in my head and laid eggs - spooky>. I might switch thunderbolt for ice punch since he would be replacing lunatone + the boah uses thunderbolt and it would help deal with dragons.

No No No, Flygon has 100 base Atk and only 80 Sp.Atk. And get's STAB from Earthquake. That's the way to go. Strap a CB on and you're set. Fire Blast for Skarm and Forry.


If I do that i'd just change to choice band Aerodactyl (EQ / RS / AA / DE)
And on Skarm - I use it mainly to be a little different from the standard but the way i look at it is his main job is to lay down spikes and switch guys in and out. So if he's gonna be shuffling anyway why not let him toxishuffle? Meh.

Toxic shuffle can be cool unless if the opponent has to have a Metagross or Skarmory but you'll just have to work around that. :\
