I'm not a pro moveset giver, so you won't get the best from me:

Metagross@Leftovers
Brave Nature
-Psychic
-Rockslide/Thunderpunch
-Earthquake
-Meteor Mash

Swampert@Leftovers
Bashful Nature
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Brick Break
-Earthquake

I'm not quite sure with Brick Break for Swampert. If it can't learn it, Hydro Pump.

Get yourself a L51-70 Pick Up slave, since they can find Rest TMs for you in Emerald. It's a 1% chance though, so be prepared to wait a few days before they appear.

Anyway, quick rates from me:

Flygon: Awesome. Any idea what base power that HP is?

Swampert: Get that Rest TM over Protect. You could always use Rock Slide if you want a pure attacking option.

Skarmory: I didn't find mine that hard to train. Mainly cos I used XD + Lucky Egg but whatever.

Snorlax: Return > Double-Edge, otherwise ok.

Zapdos: Probably about the best you can do without XD.

Metagross: Sure. I like Shadow Ball > Psychic but using both STABs couldn't hurt.

Can you tell me how to find the base power for Hidden Power?

Thanks for the rate btw

Serebii has an IV detector, you just need to know the exact EVs

You type in the EV's and the type of Hidden Power and it gives you the IVs and the base attack of the hidden power

Here's the link check it out: http://www.serebii.net/games/iv-calc.shtml

I just tend to plug the stats/EVs into NB and work it out that way, using a few Rare Candy can help you narrow down the IV range (save beforehand then reset so you don't waste your RCs). It's easier to work out the higher level you go.

I usually sit them in daycare, its cheap and rasies levels with no EVs, do that if your out of rare candies

Daycare Centre messes up your moves unless it doesn't really matter or you have a lot of Heart Scales.
