I suck at EV's so someone please help

Yeah, it's funny, but not really original. Whore is the general nickname for Blissey, because she really is a whore.

Nothing else to say, really, it's all pretty standard.

Lathspell, those EVs are ugly. 252/128/128 set ups are generally brought on by a lack of understanding about what the stats mean.

Anyway, quick rates:

Salamence: EVs need to be tailored to your IVs. I use max Att, take Speed up to 264, then throw the rest around HP and the defences. (on average I find about 100 EV free for defensive stats). Fire Blast is an option, even with Adamant it can do a number on Forry/Skarm/Scizor.

Alakazam: Modest can be used ingame, since even in-game most things aren't gonna outspeed unless you're facing Timid Sceptile or something. Anyway, looks fine. For once, Lathspell got the EVs right.

Sceptile: Thunderpunch can be an option over Dragon Claw, although you need Emerald to get that move. Otherwise fine.

Metagross: Again, you need to tailor your EVs. I use max Att, set Speed to around 197-198, then throw the rest in the defences. I also tend to put more in Sp Def than Def for Metagross.

Skarmory: Whatcha gonna outspeed ingame? EVs go 252 HP/36 Att/220 Def IMO, although you can have a bit of leeway here. Max HP is necessary though.

Blissey: Meh@EVs again. Try 252 HP/252 Def/6 Sp Def. If you can get a Roselia, breed off for Aromatherapy.

I know that Salamence deserves 380 HP at Level 100. Please put on a couple into Speed because after one or two Dragon Dances you're going to have quite the Speed.

264 is the standard for DDmence, since after 1 Dragon Dance you outspeed Timid Jolteon and other base 130 Speeds. (394 for Timid max speed Jolteon, 396 for Salamence after 264 base with one DD.)
