My task force for use in semi-serious battles and the Battle Frontier. So named because every Pokemon has some red on it somewhere.

Scizor
Swords Dance
Agility
Silver Wind
Baton Pass

Built as an opening buffer, preferably to maximize the attack power of Medicham. Silver Wind for STAB and the sake of an attack if it needs to.

Medicham
Fake Out
Brick Break
Rock Slide
Shadow Ball

We all know this setup. Maximizes attack with its Pure Power ability, an Adamant nature, maxed Attack EVs, boosts gained from Scizor, the STAB for Brick Break. Rock Slide for those pesky Flying types, and Shadow Ball to take down Ghosts.

Forretress
Spikes
Earthquake
Rapid Spin
Explosion

A top wall and spiker with EQ for pure power, and cap it all off with Explosion before it dies.

Ninetales
Fire Spin
Confuse Ray
Toxic
Flamethrower

Built to trap and slowly kill off the enemy, Flamethrower for ann attack with STAB. Mwahaha. Also a Naruto reference.

Milotic
Attract
Surf
Ice Beam
Recover

Built for all around special prowess, not to mention its good physical defense. Attract was thrown in as an annoyer.

Salamence
Dragon Dance
Aerial Ace
Earthquake
Flamethrower

Built to decimate whatever the enemy's got left, and I threw in Flamethrower to take down any overzealous Ice types.

Yes, I know, I'm an avid Serebii visitor. So sue me. It works. I think I have a fairly balanced strategic team. Bring on the criticism!!

If you're gonna pass to Medicham, pass the speed first, then the SD. Medicham needs Speed more than anything.

Medicham
Return/Focus Punch
Brick Break
Rock Slide
Shadow Ball

We all know this setup. Maximizes attack with its Pure Power ability, an Adamant nature, maxed Attack EVs, boosts gained from Scizor, the STAB for Brick Break. Rock Slide for those pesky Flying types, and Shadow Ball to take down Ghosts.
Try putting in Focus Punch or Return instead of Fake Out, strap a CB, pass some speed and SD, the you have yourself a monster, just sweep with Return or BB...Focus Punch isn't worth it ingame.

Forretress
Spikes
Rock Slide
Rapid Spin
Explosion/Counter/Toxic

A top wall and spiker with EQ for pure power, and cap it all off with Explosion before it dies.
Earthquake is expected, so Slide instead.

Ninetales
Will-o-wisp
Roar/Confuse Ray
Safeguard
Flamethrower

Built to trap and slowly kill off the enemy, Flamethrower for ann attack with STAB. Mwahaha. Also a Naruto reference.
Oki, so you set up the spikes with Forry, then you switch to Ninetales and WoW...Roar...WoW...Safeguard...and so on. You need a phazer anyway.

Milotic
Hypnosis/Toxic/Confuse Ray
Surf
Ice Beam
Recover

Built for all around special prowess, not to mention its good physical defense. Attract was thrown in as an annoyer.
Hypnosis is standard on him, but since he's a Tank, I like Toxic more. Confuse Ray is more of an annoyer that Attract.

Salamence
Dragon Dance
Aerial Ace
Earthquake
Rock Slide

Built to decimate whatever the enemy's got left, and I threw in Flamethrower to take down any overzealous Ice types.
Trust me, Rock Slide takes down Ice Types much better after DDing. Fire Blast is an option over Rock Slide for Skarm and Forry, but meh, quakeslide is just cool.

Nice team overall.

Toxic
Confuse Ray
Will-o-Wisp
Flamethrower

Ninetales doesnt have a good move pool, but I did what I could :)

Built to trap and slowly kill off the enemy, Flamethrower for ann attack with STAB. Mwahaha. Also a Naruto reference.

Milotic
Hypnosis/Mirror Coat
Surf
Ice Beam
Recover

Breed so you can get Hypnosis/Mirror Coat
Hypnosis = Female Milotic + Male Poliwirl/Wrath
Mirror Coat = Female Milotic + Male Corsola

Built for all around special prowess, not to mention its good physical defense. Attract was thrown in as an annoyer.

Salamence
Dragon Dance
Aerial Ace
Earthquake
Fire Blast

Flamethrower wouldnt have enough power to take down those Ice types anyway, Plus it needs more power just for all those switch Ice types.

Built to decimate whatever the enemy's got left, and I threw in Flamethrower to take down any overzealous Ice types.

Fire Spin was on Ninetales to prevent escape while they're confused and poisoned. What was the rationale behind your decision to switch to Will-o-Wisp? Burning them lowers their attack which means their confused Pokemon won't hurt themselves as much.

Fire spin keeps them in 2-5 turns which means switch to blissey and Aroma threapy/ Heal Bell after the turns are done :\

Ninetails has a limited movepool so basicly you could go with grudge or imprison because it cant really do anything else

I already know burns lower attack but the only reason not to use will-o-wisp is because of special sweepers/ Guts & Marvel Scale abusers

It really doesn't matter. Will-o-Wisp can lower the opponent's attack, and give him a minor burn each turn. You can really cripple a physical sweeper with it. And the point of Confuse Ray isn't really to do damage, it's to stop him from moving. Same thing as Attract, only with a little damage bonus. That's why it works better that Attract. Also, Attract is limited to the different gender, but I saw teams that are all females, that will render it useless.
Just be careful not to burn a pokemon with Guts, like Heracross or Swellow (Taillow in your case).
