well i'm clearing away everything in my team without an advantagous nature so;

significant EVs; 220 att 120 def (or so says an EV calculator)

it has low enough speed for subpunch and can take out any low defense non flying sp.att pokemon. It also povides my main attacker and defense

The Sunny Dayers you’re using on your team are bad choices. Ideally, Sunny Day should only be used on Pokemon with the Chlorophyll trait. Other Fire and Grass Pokemon have better things to do.

SubPunching isn't worth it. Marowak is an all out sweeper, with little time for setting up. You probably won't even get a chance to use Swords Dance before being forced to switch out. Max out Attack please. And it better have the Rock Head trait (for Double-Edge).

Special Sweeping Charizard isn't the way to go in the competitive game. If you want a real uber-killer, use the Belly Drumming set with Salac Berry attached. But seeing as how Belly Drum is a bred-on move, and Salac can't be obtained in-game, you're better off not using Charizard at all. There are better special sweepers out there.
And how can it kill Groudon (when it has Rock Slide) and Mewtwo (who is faster and takes out Charizard in 2 Psychics)?

"Sunny Day should only be used on Pokemon with the Chlorophyll trait." Meganium doesn't have this. Also, Attract sucks and most ubers are genderless, so it won't work against them. An ideal Meganium has the above set.

I prefer Reversal Scizor, since its the only Reversaler immune to Sandstorm.

It seems you’re really intent on killing ubers, but you don’t have the right Pokemon to do it. Also, you are ignoring Latios/Latias, because with Soul Dew, they are also ubers.
Anyways, only a select few non-uber Pokemon can kill ubers.

Lanturn/Quagsire for Kyogre
Flygon/Exeggutor/Chlorophyllers for Groudon
Swampert/Suicune/Milotic for physical Rayquaza
Blissey for Mewtwo, Latios/Latias, and special Rayquaza

Shedinja and Qwilfish also count as non-uber Kyogre counters. Shedinja is immune to all of Kyogre's standard moves with Wonder Guard, and Qwilfish goes first with Destiny Bond to take a Kyogre Thunder.

Endreving Heracross is a great uber counter, especially around the Psychics, since they have low Def and Heracross can get the jump on them all (minus Deoxys-E and Extremespeeders) after a Salac Berry with Megahorn. Reversal does a number on the special walls that will get in your way, just make sure the rest of your team can deal with Deoxys and Rayquaza for him.
