People are already dealing with your Brave Mewtwo in another thread. Anyway, use Thunder > Thunderbolt, since the main reason is to help over Kyogre teams. Flamethrower over Recover.

Mew@Leftovers
Hasty Nature
-Icebeam
-Explosion
-Calm Mind
-T-bolt

This basically does the same job as Mewtwo. Try and give it something surprising if you can, Mew is good for surprise tactics. Keep Explosion though, could be funny.

Deoxys@None - F
Rash Nature
-Superpower
-Ice Beam
-Extremespeed
-Thunder

Heh, Deoxys-F isn't gonna survive long to use T-Wave. Fixes in bold

Lugia@Leftovers
Impish Nature
-Reflect
-Recover
-Whirlwind
-Shadow Ball/Aeroblast/Aerial Ace

Works better with Deoxys-L and Spikes, but yeah.

Ho-oh@Choice Band
Lonely Nature
-Sacred Fire
-Shadow Ball
-Earthquake
-Aerial Ace

Fine

Jirachi@Leftovers
Modest Nature
-Water Pulse
-Calm Mind
-Wish
-Thunder

Serene Graceness. Water Pulse could be useful, although probably needs a Kyogre set up, the confusion hax is always nice. Pseudo-deathstar.

I know the movesets and bad and some are the same as before, this is becuase some is not repling to my other threads.

Half of this team seems to work well with a Kyogre set up, I'd replace Mew for him and set him to lead. Change Deoxys-F to Deoxys-L and use Seismic Toss/Recover/Toxic/Spikes, combined with Lugia this is a monster.
