Had this at another forum before. It isn't doing to good...I'm trying my luck here now.
Warning: This RP contains lots of violence and gore. Not recommended for children.
War Over Hoenn: Beginnings
In the glint of sunlight overshadowing the continent of Hoenn, the land seemed to be in a state of piece, with the only chance of destruction being the small battle trails left by Pokémon and trainers, as they either fell or won victory in battle. And even then, nothing was left to be shattered by mayhem. It was one of those days that you thanked the heavens and wished to have the children blessed by the gods. Not that anyone really believed in them. Still, there was tranquility there. That is why no one expected to have lives lost that day. No one expected to get separated from their loved ones. What was expected was the ordinary. But that day, as the sun glowed down on all, and shimmered down past the mountains, the word “ordinary” was crumbled and torn apart to pieces. Because the beginning of a war was at hand, and two paths will be given. What you choose is your destiny, your fate. Be careful along your travels. A new Aurora is rising.
--
1. You may have two characters if you wish, but in the end of this RP, only one will remain standing.
2. If you choose to have a secondary character, the two may follow the same path, or go on different paths.
3. If your family is brought along with your character, they will not be as main as your lead character.
4. You are not a god, don’t act like one.
5. By the end of this RP, your last character may die if you wish it.
6. This isn’t the Anime universe. No Ash.
--
Name: (Your last, too)
Age: (No limit)
Gender: (Male/Female)
Pokémon: (1 to 6) (If you wish, you may start out with none)
Path: (Refugee camp/Runaway) (Read below. Either way, terror will be with you on your path)
Reason Behind Path Chosen: (Read below) (Optional)
Appearance: (Optional) (When you are trying to stay alive, appearances are the least of your troubles unless it is that of the enemy)
History: (Optional) (Use this more as of a reason of why you are at the Safari Zone, but more history is welcomed if you wish)
There is no personality here. When you meet someone in this time of scenario crisis, they will be stricken with fear, or hiding it. It will take awhile before the personality returns to normal. That does not mean I want the same personality for everyone, it means you’ll show it as we go along. Not from the very beginning.

In the Hoenn region, the Safari Zone has gotten huge amounts of Pokémon from all around the globe. As a celebration, and excuse to make money, the Safari Zone has made an event there at which whoever catches the most Pokémon (that are a variety in type), will be given a rare Pokémon that has recently been discovered. There are very few of its kind, and scientists are currently trying to help higher the population in them before they are extinct. But one lucky trainer gets to have that Pokémon, and the Pokémon that he/she caught.
This is where you are. The Safari Zone by Lilycove, either a spectator watching the hunt or an actual hunter. Everything is fine, and it has only been two minutes since the hunt has begun. But then, a machine nine feet tall and larger in width drills itself out of the ground, and starts killing many. More machines rise from the ground, and transport trucks arrive letting loose rabid Pokémon to finish the job off. You barely escape the Safari Zone, shocked to insanity or trying to keep cool, blood drenched or hardly any on you. Then you see more trucks arriving in front of you. These with Rocket, Magma, and Aqua grunts jumping out and lending evil hands to you, telling you that they, of all people, have banded together and are giving you a chance to live at their refugee camps. And you had to choose either to run or follow them. But you have to hurry on your plan; the machines and Pokémon are around the corner and ready to rip you to shreds if you don’t think fast enough.
--
And lastly, my characters.
Name: Ned Rivor
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Pokémon: None
Path: Refugee camp
Reason Behind Path Chosen: As he escaped the Safari Zone with his sister, his sister wanted to be protected in a way that Ned could not grant. If he was to save his sister, he needed to have people watching his back. He had the criminals do the backup, in order to survive with his sister, but in the end, they were split up into different trucks and taken off to “safety.”
Appearance: Ned has brown hair, just a bit more to the right side. He has tan skin, green eyes and a nose with a small scratch on it due to a wild Zigzagoon encounter which his sister found really funny when she saw it happen. He isn’t very well built and muscular, the only time you could see his muscles is when he shows them off. Because of that, people see him as scrawny. He has a white long sleeved shirt with a brown vest and black pants to go along with it. To top it all off, he has black running shoes.
History: Ned actually lived in Foretree City and enjoyed life. He never really cared for Pokémon training; he didn’t really even like it. Still his younger sister was a trainer and had come home from her journey for awhile, only to find out about the event at the Safari Zone and have Ned accompany her instead of traveling alone. It was their family’s choice, and Ned didn’t say anything against it and went along with his sister, Heather Rivor.
Name: Jason Baker
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Pokémon: Mightyena
Path: Runaway
Reason Behind Path Chosen: Jason was separated from his friends, and some of them died before his very own eyes. However, he didn’t see all of them dead. And hopefully, they aren’t. that’s why he chose to find them. And it could get very dangerous for him.
Appearance: Jason has longer hair than any other trainer. It’s black and reaches up to his shoulders, always slightly getting in the way of his face making him have to move it aside. He has round cheeks and brown eyes, and to match his hair, he has a black leather jacket with underneath, a dark blue tee shirt. He has dark blue pants and black shoes.
History: He was a trainer for most of his youth, but settled down and quit. He still has his first caught Pokémon and takes him with him almost all the time. When the Safari Zone event was announced, he and some of his friends decided to join in for the fun of it, and remember what it was like when they were younger. He didn’t call on the plan; his friends called him and asked him to come. Since he had nothing better to do, he decided to go with it. They were his friends, after all.
--
Anyone may join. After we pass the Safari Zone, you may still join, but you will not start at the Safari Zone. If you pick Refugee Camp, you will just arrive in trucks to the Refugee base. If you pick Runaway, well, you’re a runaway, chances are you’ll meet up with the rest of the runaways. Also, the history won’t be of any use anymore, but you can still use it in your Sign up.

Can I join? This looks fun ^_^
Name: Kali Tsunari
Age: 15
Gender: Female
Pokémon:
Female Sneasel (Shadow)
Male Pikachu (Zeypher)
Male Zangoose (Slash)
Male Charizard (Pyro)
Path: Runaway
Reason Behind Path Chosen: Kali remembered the way Team Rocket, Aqua, and Magma were before this happened. She hated them then and she hated them now. There was no way she was going to join up with them.
Appearance: Kali has shoulder-length, taupe colored hair and sharp, sapphire eyes. She usually wears a white t-shirt with a black dragon printed on the back and baggy black pants. Lastly, she is rarely ever seen without her black headband which has a red pokeball design on the front. She never wears dressy clothes because she hates dressing up nicely. She had always been somewhat of a tomboy.

(( This seems like a good RP. ))
Name: Erin Moonnite ((Never expected that, huh? xP))
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Pokémon:
Moonlight; Shiny, Female Umbreon
Tiger; Male Arcanine
Webster; Male Ariados
SeaDragon; Female Kingdra
Dragonfly; Female Flygon
Levitate; Male Claydol
Path: Runaway
Reason Behind Path Chosen: Erin was running along the beach one day with Moonlight, who at the time was an Eevee. Erin heard sirens wailing, and she curiously followed the wailing trucks, seeing that the trucks stopped at her own home, which had burst into flame. Erin was very young, and she didn't understand when she saw two bodies covered in a white cloth being pushed into the truck. Soon she learned her parents had been pronounced dead at the sceen. She became suspicious when she saw a member of Team Magma run away from the house when she was following the trucks. But no one believed her when she told the police becasue she was so young. She would never go into the hands of Team Magma, Aqua, or Rocket.
Appearance: Slender and limber, she can be very sneaky and athletic. She has long, dark brown hair that reaches the middle of her back. She is usually seen wearing her favorite hat on backwards, just to keep her hair out of her face. Sometimes she wears sunglasses over her hazel eyes. She wears a red t-shirt, black pants, and sneakers. She's not to much into 'fads' or fashion.
History: Erin had come back after seven years of being away from her hometown. She had planned on staying for a week, enjoying the department store, the beach, the Safari Zone, the Pokemon Contests, and all the trainors that surround Lillycove. Also to visit her parent's grave and pay her respects, although, the challenge at the Safari Zone caught her attention before she could even enter the city.

[Looks exciting!]
Name: Hanae Hishida
Age: 14
Gender: Female
Pokémon: Metagross, Porygon2
Path: Runaway
Reason Behind Path Chosen: Due to her fear of Pokemon and the thought of thousands of Pokemon at the Refugee Camps, she chose to run away rather then to being transported.
Appearance: Hanae wears a panda hat that covers her short green hair. She has yellow-green eyes and pale white skin. She wears a white blouse and has a plaid red skirt. She also carries a white messenger bag with bunny stickers on the bottom side.
History: Her hometown is Celadon City in Kanto however, she moved to Hoenn due to her parents transferring to the Mossdeep Space Center. She is afraid of Pokemon after an incident when her parents brought home a Magikarp, which unfortunately, evolved into a Gyarados and destroyed half of her room. She received a Metagross as a birthday present and later a Porygon2 after her parents abandoned a project. She kept the Pokemon as a sign of respect towards her parents. Her parents send her to her aunt who forced her to come to the Safari Zone.

Okay, I assume me being what one here would call the "Game Master," has to know declare acceptance to the members joining. Okay.
Nariko is accepted. If there should be a detailed reason as to why (which I see in most RPs here) then, it is because I don't see anything wrong. Beside the lack of appearance, you're good and ready to go. ;) Not really detailing here... >_>
Erin, you are accepted. The reason is because I'm not a picky person. Just promise to write lengthy enough posts. >_> Maybe I should have put up an RP sample in the sign-ups, but whatever. There's nothing really bad that I can see in your sign-up and am willing to give you a chance, but one mistake and you're out! :0 j/k, I wouldn't throw someone out that easily. You'd have to do something really bad for that. XD
Utami is accepted. Your sign-up sheet shows me that you can do a good job, and I'm being trustful as always.
Okay, now I just need 1 or 2 more members for this, then we'll get started. We'll probably start tommorrow.

June 24th, 2006, 01:51 AM
Name: Satomi Eto
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Pokémon: Vulpix (Pixie; Female)
Path: Runaway
Reason Behind Path Chosen: She had bad experiance with Team Rocket, when she was visiting Lavender Town with her then-Pokemon, a Cubone. Because of what the Rockets were doing to the Cubone, they murdered her's as well. Since then, she never trusted any team.
Appearance: She has scarlet red hair cut at jaw-length with black highlights. Normally she wears 'punk' styled clothing, but at the moment of the attack she was wearing simple blue jeans and a simple black tank. The knees on her pants are now torn from the encounter, and dried blood cakes her attire.
History: Her family were what people would call 'nomads.' Her father had a job that caused him to constantly travel, so they never truly had a home. Her birth town was Lavender, where she grew up a good six years of her life, and owned a Cubone. However, with that horrific attack made by Team Rocket, she lost her precious Pokemon during a killing spree, resting his remains in the Tower. The first time they moved was out of safety's sake, to Pallet Town. After living there a year, they moved again, and soon it became a necessity. She received her Vulpix when she was 15, winning it during some sort of Breeder's Fair, and they moved to Lilycove, where visiting the Safari Zone was a normal thing.

Okay WG, I see no reason as to why not to let you be accepted. Your sign-up sheet is all good and well written, leaving nothing more needed. We'll start tommorrow, because by then I'll have the starting post ready.

Name: Hanashiro Mimi[Mi-chan is her nickname]
Age: 13+
Gender: Female
Pokémon:
Pokemon Team:
Pikachu
Nickname: Chuchu
Gender: Female
Description: Pichu was given to Mimi by a Prof when she wanted her starter. Since then, she had became Pichu's guardian and partner. They love each other very much, and Pichu is most dedicated to Mimi. Chuchu has a good sense of direction and can easily guide the team out of a forest. Her favourite food is the apples that grows on a very special tree in Viridian. Her personality is optimistic and laid-back like Mimi, but she too can be quite oblivious to what is happening. Chuchu [who evolved to a Pikachu now ] is still one of Mimi's much treasured Pokemon, and will always be.
Chuchu also has a bell pendant like Coco.
Corsola
Nickname: Coco
Gender : Female
Description : Coco was obtained through Mimi's best friend. Coco has a long, dangling bell earring on a pendant which is hung around her neck. Coco has the moves " Recover ", so when Miru the Milktank is not in the team, Coco willl be the Healer.
Coco is very shy and sweet, but that's besides when Natee is attempted to anger her . Natee is very competitive with Coco. Coco's best friend in the team is Chuchu. Coco loves to eat the seaweeds and Miru's Milk Drink. Mimi sees her as the most beautiful Pokemon in her team. At first, Coco was not too 'open'. She simply refuses to speak or battle! But that was history. After Chuchu grew in her, her " true form " as a sweet little darling was revealed.
Milktank
Nickname: Miru
Gender : Female
Description: Milktank was the first Pokemon caught, and is most willing to join Mimi . She saved this Milktank from being poached for its Milk. Milktank is the 'Healer' of the team, with the moves " Milk Drink " and " Recover ". Miru is also able to surf from a HM given by Mimi's mother. There was once where a case of Milktanks were pokenapped to be sold for their milk, but Mimi rescued them with the help of her other Pokemon. Miru differs from the other Milktanks as she hangs a bell around her neck and her eyes are pale pink. She is also one of Mimi's beloved Pokemon.
Miru is the kindest in Mimi's team, always willing to help [ although sometimes, her help turns into a disaster ]. Strangely, Miru seems to dislike drinking her own Milk [ unless she's forced to in a disaster where there is a drought ], she prefers pure water. Her favourite food is the tall, fresh grass near Olivine City in Johto.
Beautifly
Nickname: -nil-
Gender: Femae
Description: Beautifly was originally captured as Wurmple in the wilds of the Forest beneath Pewter and froth Viridian. It was very rare to capture Wurmple there, since it was not discovered in Kanto Region at that period.
Beautifly is often used for contests, like Coco. She has a very light bell pendant too, hanging from her head. It seems that all Mimi's Pokemon had bell somewhere. Beautifly is the offspring of a Beedrill and Butterfree. Mimi breeded them and raised the egg. When Wurmple came out, Mimi wanted to let it free, but it returned to her and Mimi battled her. It was her first time capturing a Pokemon, and it feels very good.
Beautifly's best friend is probably the female Butterfree that is with Mimi's sister. However, she also seemed to have developed a close friendship with Miru as well. Her enemy is Natee, who always seemed to be insulting her. Beautifly and Natee had lots of things in common, though, such as their favourite ice-cream, water, etc.
Natu
Nickname: Natee
Gender: Male
Description: Natee has a beautiful muilti-coloured feather with a bell shape engraved on it hidden amongst his left wing. It was probably injured from the engravement, so Mimi rescued it and nursed it back to health. It si also one of the one who's willing to join Mimi's group.
Natee had a close friendship with Coco, although he often make her furious. Natee is rather a joker though, and he is considered the Tanker of the team, with high defense stats. However, his attack is also quite powerful, covering up for his poor speed.
Arcanine
Nickname:Arckee
Gender:Male ♂
Description: Arckee was a rebellious member at first. Mimi captured it, but it won't admit defeat and never once obeyed Mimi's comments. However, when Mimi found out he had an injured leg, she tried her best to nruse him back into health. Now, although often limping, Arckee regained his composure and opend up to Coco's sweet form and Mimi's carefree attitude. Often the Fighter or the Peacemaker, the one trying to break up fights between Beautifly and Natee.
Arckee enjoys fresh meat and mineral Moutain Water. He loves Pecha Berries and Oran Berries too, but he doesn't eat them oftenly.
Path: Runaway
Reason Behind Path Chosen: The case of the captured Milktanks were connected to Team Rocket. And then, her Cubone was almost killed byy them too. Team Aqua and Team Magma considered Mimi as a spy, so she was absolutely sure that they would never lend her any hand.
Appearance: Mimi wears a typical minidress. It is divided into 2 parts, the top a shirt and the bottom a miniskirt. The top is pale blue while the skirt is white , causing people to think she wears a shirt and skirt seperately. The top is an impression of an off-the-shoulder shirt with a cut nearing the elbow with its transparent sleeves. She wears a black handpatch. On her back is a big straw hat that hangs from her neck[ it has a garland of different kind of flowers like roses, carnations, chrysanthemums, etc weaved onto it by Mimi ]
The skirt is slightly more complicated . It has a deep cute from its waist on the right all the way to the end of the dress[Like the one Temari had when she aided Shikamaru]. The bottom is actually a skirt short but the shorts are never seen in any kind of position. Mimi wears a pair of transparent stockings to show off her tanned legs . After that , a pair of green leg warmers and white boots end the whole outfit.
Her hair is long and always changing when she applies different dyes. Her hair is dyed pink after she had her ninth birthday[it was originally black]and always decorated with small little shining star hair ornaments, but lately she got into dying her hair pink with pale rose highlights and decorate her long fringe with ribbon bells. She ties it up in a high ponytail. On the right side of her head lies a small flower [the peony].
Her eyes are black-brown but now she wears green contacts. Has dangling, shining earrings in her double-pierced ears. On her left ear is a feather earring given by Falkner as a soveniour and one dangling grape earring with blue leaves and white fruits. Her left is the same. Has a crystal clear locket with five different bells on it.
In conclusion, Mimi is cute on the outside, but very complicated and deep in her heart
History: Mimi was born on the 2nd of December on a field dominated by blooming flowers in a forest on the outskirts of Viridian City. She was then introduced to her 3-levelled home near a lake in the village. Since then she knew it as her house. Her parents were quite famous as Coordinator and PokeTrainers. Taking flowers as her symbol , she kind of ran away from her home when she was still 9 and travelled all the way to Johto to be mistaken for an orphan. Ever since then she was trapped in her adoptive family. Mimi dearly misses Viridian, the lake and the tall patch of weeds. She attempted to escape from Violet City and ran all the way to Ecruteak.
Mimi than help a girl capture a Gastly. The girl, grateful for her help, brought Mimi to her brother, Morty ,'s Gym. Morty helped her to get back to Kanto after she earned all her badges there with some Pokemon she caught in Johto. After she returned, her family moved to Hoenn to investigate the disappearance of her Aunt Amethyst. After they returned to their vacant house in Viridian, Mimi was a Gym Challenger and Coordiantor.
After a few years, her parents sent her to Hoenn to live for one month with her distant cousin' mother. Although it was her second time there, she kenw the whole Region by heart. Mimi enjoyed it very much. Her cousin, Hanaeko[meaning child of flower], was mature for her age. It was then Aunt Hanekyo suggested they go to the Safari Zone to capture some Pokemon for her research.
Name: Hanashiro Hayaeko
Age: 13
Gender: Female
Pokémon:
Butterfree
Gender: Female
Nickname: -nil-
Description: Butterfree is a very kind and sweet girl. Best friends with Beautifly[her distant cousin's Pokemon], she never fails to complete a good contest move or win or lose with self-esteemed pride. Butterfree has a bell pendant over her head too[given by Mimi, dang], on the insts of Mimi, her distant cousin.
Venomoth
Gender: Male
Nickname: Veno
Description: Veno is very cold and distant. He simplys refuses to communicate with any other Pokemon other than Mimi's and his companions. He is the Fighter, with high attack, averae defense and agile speed. Venoi is probably the weirdest one, eating all the Berries and drinking Milk instead of water[as an insect.] He resembles Mimi's Arckee, but not too much.
Kirlia
Gender: Female
Nickname: Keyaki
Description: Keyaki is probably the most hyper of the team, and on good terms with Chuchu. She has good defense, good power and average speed. Furthermroe, she has Metronome, a Hm given by Mimi to Haeyako[Mimi had tons of those kind of HMs].
Dugtrio
Gender: Male
Nickname: -nil-
Description: Dugtrio is the mysterious and brainy one. He's got a leader sense, much like Chuchu, but Dugtrio doesn't interact much with his companions, and none of Mimi's Pokemon. Dugtrio appear seriously injured on Hayaeko's doorstep one day, and she nursed him back to health. Dugtrio simply only opens up to Hayaeko.
Path: Runaway
Reason Behind Path Chosen: Hayaeko was weak and matrue at the same time. She cannot stand seeing thousands of refugees under an evil organizations, as she believed people under people who are evil will grow evil. That is a clear point made to Mimi, and she supports it too.
Appearance: Hayaeko has shoulder-length purple hair which is often tied into a low ponytail, and emerald green eyes. She wears a simple top with a cute pink kitty on it, and a Beautifly skirt-shorts. Her socks are orange in colour, appealing to her yellow track-slippers.
History: Hayaeko is borned in a 2-levelled home in Littleroot Town. When her distant cousin, Mimi, came to stay, her mother suggested that they go for the Safarai Zone in Lilycove to capture Pokemon. Although she doesn't like the sound of it, she respects ehr cousin and loved to do the same as her.
She is often sandwiched between her divorced parents' hometowns, Littleroot and Goldenrod City in Jhoto.

Name: Jake Broadwell
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Pokémon: Starmie, Vaporeon, Dewgong, Cloyster, Lapras, Blastoise (Specialty: Water/Ice Type)
Path: Runaway
Reason Behind Path Chosen: Jake had seen the horrors of Team Rocket in his childhood years when they had terrorized his hometown, Cerulean City in the Kanto Region. They charged into his house asking for all the Pokemon in there and threatening to kill his family and him if we didn't give in. Luckily Officer Jenny arrived just in time to get rid of the Rockets in there and back then Team Rocket was still young and not as powerful as now. Because of this, he would never join them.
Appearance: Description: Jake stands at 5’9 and has an athletic build due to his constant training with his water Pokémon and his love of water sports. He is slightly tanned and has brown spiky hair. His eyes are Sapphire Blue. He wears a black polo with navy blue cargo pants that are baggy and wears black sneakers. He also wears a Yin-Yang necklace.
History: Jake is one of the minor-leaders of the Cerulean City Gym. He worked with Misty and all the Water/Ice pokemon in there. Misty was like a role-model to him because he himself wanted to be a Gym leader. He came from a family of Gym Leaders but unfortunately, his family gym closed a while ago due to no family member claiming it after Jake's sister resigned. Back then he was still too young to be a Gym Leader. After so much work in the gym, He decided to go to the Hoenn Region and go to the Safari Zone there to see what new Water and Ice Type Pokemon he could catch and add to his inventory.

Random fan, is it okay that I changed the "path" section in my profile from refugee to runaway? If it's not, I can change it back.

Wow, that’s impressive X-kris. I’d be an idiot not to accept you. Though there is one confusing part, it isn’t really important for me to point it out. Seriously. Everything else checks out and you’re good to go.
Erin again, that’s a better sign-up. Nothing really else to say, you covered up everything.
Water and Ice, well put. You got a lengthy enough sign-up and I see nothing wrong with it.
Nariko, Yeah, you can change it to runaway. The RP hasn’t even started yet. Though, now all I can say is “ROFL, no one went with R, A, and M!” XD
Well, now that everyone’s set, I’ll leave this note for anyone that hasn’t joined and would like to join, then I’ll put it up in the first post after we’re done with the Safari Zone.
“Anyone may join. Also, the history won’t be of any use anymore, but you can still use it in your Sign up.”
That’s after we’re done, people who are peaking around the corners, read this one if we already started and haven’t left the Safari Zone.
“We already started. New members can join, but you must read the posts in the last page we’re in, then find a way to squeeze in.”
The quote above is already in the first post though, so I see no reason why I put it here. Anyways, let’s start, shall we?
--
Heather looked forward from behind the guard rails, where many spectators stood watching, clapping, talking together, having a good time. There were families. Some were shaking hands with others, knowing they would be taking part in the Safari Zone hunt.
“Look Ned!” she said to her older brother, Ned Rivor.
Ned squeezed through two people and reached for his sister. “Hey, I told you not to wander.” He said calmly to her, with a stern face to add with it.
“What are you talking about? I wasn’t wandering!”
“Me losing sight of you is what I call wandering, and that’s exactly what happened.”
A Safari Zone guard opened up the guard rails right in front of Heather. He wasn’t really in the Safari Zone attire. Instead, he was wearing a black security guard outfit. “Trainers, enter,” said the loud speakers. Just as they blared, trainers departed and were heading to the exit in front of Heather, pushing her out of the way.
Ned chuckled a bit at what had happened. Heather looked at him, a mean gaze placed.
“What?” asked Ned.
Before the trainers could go any further than they were, more guards went up to them and asked them to give them their Pokéballs. They did, and the Pokéballs went over small scans connected to the guards’ arms. The scans made the Pokéballs containing Pokémon useless for a total of 30 minutes. The trainers were then asked if they had any Safari balls, to which they agreed. The ones that didn’t were given.
“Bye Ned,” said Heather. She then got caught up in the crowd of trainers still going out and went to the front. She was asked the same thing as the other trainers.
“Didn’t even let me say ‘later’,” Ned sighed to himself.
--
“Didn’t even let me say ‘later’,” said a spectator. Jason wasn’t really paying attention to anyone. When the bystander turned around and saw him, he said to him, “little trainers and they’re ‘I know everything because I’ve been everywhere’ attitude, remember those days?”
Jason stood there and raised an eyebrow, wondering why the person even spoke to him when he didn’t know him. Jason raised his Pokéball, and that was enough to show that he was in the event too.
“Later stranger,” said Jason, and continued onward to the crowd in front of him. He saw his six other friends waiting there, already with their Pokéballs disabled.
“So this is the event of my lifetime?” asked Jason, remembering what one of his friends, Keith, had said over the phone to get him to come.
“Close enough,” said Keith, as a guard asked for Jason’s Pokéballs, in which he only gave his Mightyena.
He looked at another of his friends. “Sarah, it’s been awhile.”
“Two years, you mean,” she said with a gaze. “Jason, we had something going. Why did you stop calling?”
Jason remained quiet. After a few seconds, he said, “We could still pick it up, can’t we?”
Sarah smiled. “I’d like that.”
Jason’s Pokéball was given back. He was asked if he had Safari balls, and he answered yes, showing his bag of thirty. And now they just had to wait.

Erin looked down at Moonlight, holding onto her Pokeball, twirling it on her finger. "It'll only be for a little bit, Moonlight, I promise." Erin said, pleading to her Pokemon who disliked Pokeballs. Moonlight sighed, and poked the button in the center of the Pokeball with her nose. With a flash of red light, Moonlight returned to her Pokeball.
Erin quickly got her Safari Balls and had her Pokeballs checked. Erin thanked them and took her Pokeballs back, moving to another location so other people get by.
Erin waited for the challenge to begin. Erin stared at Moonlight's dusty Pokeball that had not been used in years. 'I promise to make this quick, Moonlight. I'll have you outta that Pokeball in no time.' Erin thought to herself.

"This is going to be so much fun!" Kali said outloud. She had never been to the Safari Zone before. She was so excited she could hardly wait to start. The Sneasel at Kali's side was seemingly happy too, but that wasn't going to last for long.
"Trainers," the speakers blared. "You Pokemon must be kept in their Pokeball's at all times until the end of the activity. No acceptions. Thank you!"
The Pokemon's smile fell as it's trainer pulled the pokeball out of her pocket. "You heard the man, Shadow. It's only thirty minutes, I'm sure you can last that long."
Shadow gave Kali a look of protest before crossing it's arms and reluctantly agreeing. Kali pressed the small button on the pokeball and with a bright flash of red, the Pokemon was sucked inside. She then hurried over to one of the guards to get her pokeballs locked.
Once everything was ready, she excitedly proceeded to the Safari Zone's entrance.

Jake looked at his 6 Pokeballs containing Starmie, Vaporeon, Dewgong, Cloyster, Lapras, and Balstoise. He was proud that he was a specialty trainer, and knew this would eventually qualify for him to become a Gym Leader, his life-long dream.
He looked up and saw that the Safari had just started and looked back at his Pokeballs. He called them all out before to talk to them before he would go in. He looked at them Lapras being the largest of the six and Vaporeon being the smallest. "Sorry you guys, but they won't let you in according to the rules." They all growled and sighed. He felt sorry for them and tried to cheer them up, "Hey guys it will only be for half an hour, then we can have all the battles we want." They still looked pretty upset and returned back to their pokeballs hesitantly.
He then walked into the Safari Zone and gave his Pokeballs to the guard to disable them. He was excited to see what kinds of water or ice pokemon he could find.

Hanae tried to cover her ears over the loud spectators roar. She looked in the crowd for her aunt. She saw the lady pointed towards the entrance of the Safari Zone. In the midst of chaos, Hanae could faintly hear the words, "Go... fun... catch..."
Hanae shook her head violently at her aunt. She headed for the exit but her aunt had already caught up with her.
"It's almost starting, why aren't you going inside?" asked her aunt. "You know why..." replied Hanae. She started to finger her hair nervously while looking away to not see her aunt's scowering face. "Just go, maybe you'll like it... you never know right?" sighed her aunt. Her aunt started to nudge Hanae towards the gate. Hanae solemnly walked in the pointed direction. She was sweating all over.
The guard asked for her pokeballs but Hanae took a step back and ran into the crowd with the spectators.

The Vulpix in her arms began to squirm as they entered the area of the Safari Zone. Satomi looks down at her curiously, tightening her grip upon the fox Pokemon. She had read somewhere that Pokemon could sense things that were about to happen, but normally that was with Psychic Pokemon, not Fire bred species. Besides, nothing bad was to happen, it was just her weekly visit to the Zone. Looking down at the small creature in her arms, she figured that Pixie was just excited, especially with all these trainers around. It hadn't been this crowded for awhile...or at least as long as Satomi was here...which in retrospect was not quite long at all.
Many looked curiously at the Vulpix, pondering over the strange markings on the tail. All six of them were tipped in a deep charcoal black before regaining their usual red-hued brown colour. Whenever someone asked about the strange colour of the tails, the girl would reply that she had dyed them that colour. The truth was, Satomi was quite the rebelious teenager. Her eyes were heavy with black eyeliner, and she looked suited to be at some sort of rock concert, even though she was cladded in a normal black tank and plain blue jeans that were loose and held up with a large, simple black belt.
'And why did you dye them?' Many would continue, looking curiously at the girl. It was then that Satomi would smile, fingering her scarlet hair that was streaked with black.
'I had the time.'
Noticing that yet another trainer was about to ponder over the mysterious tails that Pixie possessed, the redhead scurried away in a nonchalant manner, and was shortly stopped by a guard. The look on his face read that he obviously did not want to do this job. Who would blame him from the looks of this crowded place?
"Pokeball." He says gruffly, poking at the belt roughly. He was intelligent enough to know that this was a belt used to hold Pokeballs from the small clasps on it, and yet he saw naught of the contraption.
"Uh...?" Satomi said, blinking her brilliant cobalt eyes in somewhat of an innocent manner. She truly had no idea what he meant.
His sigh was coarse, and her rubbed his five o'clock shadow. "If you're paticipating in the hunt, then you have to put your Vulpix in a Pokeball."
Satomi cursed mildly at herself. How stupid could she get, she left Pixie's Pokeball at home...and it was too late to get it now. Her mother was out working at whatever the hell she does, and her father was out doing whatever the hell he did. She possessed no keys, and the house was undoubtfully...locked. Dammit.
"I forgot it at home," she snaps coldly, still pissed at how stupid she had gotten.
"Then I suppose you shall just watch." The guard said, looking at her roughly. She glares at him, her blue eyes filled with a ominous feel to them, but obliges, turning away towards the crowd. She finds herself standing next to a man with a small scratch on his nose. A girl had just recently said her goodbyes, and Satomi accidentally caught his name. Ned, if she heard correctly.
Pixie still seemed a bit nervous, and then again, she wasn't used to being by so many people. Satomi held the black-tipped Vulpix closer to her chest, feeling the slight tremble of the nervous creature vibrate throughout her body.
"Why are you so nervous, hm?" she cooed at it, rubbing Pixie between the ears. "It isn't like anything bad is going to happen..."

Mimi folded her arms and drummed her fingers on the wall anxiously. Her disatnt cousin, Hayaeko, paced around nervously. Finally, she gazed up at the clock and hollered at her mother.
"It's TIME! We JUST have to go now, Mum! Isn't that stupid old darn car fixed yet?!"
Her mother sighed from the garage. "It guess it'll probably not be fixed for another..." Ann took a look at her watch. "Half an hour, I would say. You guys have to go by yourselves."
Mimi's blue eyes widened. "Can you please ENLIGHTEN me on how we are going by ourselves?!" She bawled as Hayaeko dragged her out of the door.
"With this..." Hayaeko pulled out a Pokeball, an half red, half white orb. "GO! Butterfree!"
A radiant maroon beam flashed out a beautiful Butterfly-like creature. Hayaeko smiled. "Now, where yours?'
Mimi grinned as she pulled out another orb with a different fashion. "Go, Beautifly!" Another beam shot out, and a Butterfly-like creature came out too. However, it was different from Hayaeko's Pokemon, they were different species of Butterfly-like Pokemon, Beautifly and Butterfree.
"Beautifly!"
"Butterfree!"
"Use FLY!"

"Isn't this a long queue?"
Mummurs of fatigue and regrets came pouring around the area at the Safari Zone. Restless people were pacing around, while the spectators were anxious to witness the starting of the Contest.
"See ya!" A girl with pale green hair and emerald eyes called out from the spectators' area, wavign frantically at Mimi and Hayaeko.
"Bye, Ayame-chan!" Hayaeko waved back slightly, and went ahead into the guard rails of infamy without Mimi.
"Uh, bye, Ayame-chan! Wish me- Hey!" The guard quickly shuffled her into the Zone as he closed the gates with a bang. "How rude! I was going to have a wishing of good luck!"
-----------------------------------------------------
"How rude those guards are!"
Complaints can be heard about the guards everywhere.
Who knows? Mimi shrugged. They are just nervous about the contest, perhaps?

Scottura, accepted. Do I really have to explain why? >_>
Toomi, you are also accepted. To answer your question, you can start right now. The main event (which is the bloodbath. >:0) hasn’t even started yet, so go ahead and post away. Just post as if you were already with everyone else in the start of the hunt.
Water and Ice, you didn’t have to delete your post, just edit it. ;) In news to what happened with your post, a new rule has been added about this not being based on the anime universe.
And lastly, I hope you all know that what’s keeping the spectators apart from the trainers in the hunt is a guard rail, and not a gate. XD Easier said would be that I’m referring to the types used in New York during New Years Eve. >_>
--
“Good evening trainers,” said a voice coming from the loud-speakers. The voice was light and reflected the nice days that had gone by. “Today is the day where only one of you will walk away with a new breed in Pokémon.” Farther along inwards, a stone hedge rose from the ground and above rose bait for Pokémon. “Remember trainers, no fighting. Catch as many as you can of different breeds, and good luck.”
Jason was ready. So were his friends. Heather down the line was ready. Jason was pretty sure everyone else was ready. Now, he and the others needed to wait for the command to start.
The loud-speaker gave out many other rules, but the guy behind it seemed to only be delaying it. waiting for something. The right time to start, thought Jason.
Finally, after a minute, the loud-speaker gave its last words of advisors, then yelled out, “GO!”
TVs hanging from the sidelines near the spectators turned on, showing many different areas in the Safari Zone. A horn blared, and trainers moved out, ready to catch the Pokémon. There were rocks on the floor to throw, like the loud-speaker said, and there was bait to attract Pokémon. Jason bent down and picked up a rock. He looked around him finding that his friends had already split and were looking for Pokémon. As the search continued, Pokémon were heard. In each squeal of the creatures, trainers would turn and go in that direction.
“I’m ready for you,” Jason said to himself, referring to the Pokémon. He enlarged a Pokéball and went deeper into the Zone.

Immediately Jason went to the Lake part of the safari. He put out some bait nearby and a Pelipper, dove down and landed... "HAH! my first catch!... I've got you now!", he got his Safari Ball ready.

Erin ran across the grass, throwing rocks and Pokeballs at any Pokemon she saw. But her goal was to get far away where no one else was. Erin entered an area of the Zone she had never seen before, and it seemed like a deep forest, the trees high and covering the sky.
No other trainors were seen here, but Erin could hear the call of many Pokemon. Bait in hand, Erin waited until a Pokemon appeared. Erin threw some bait for it, then hesitated for a moment, and threw a ball, capturing it. But Erin hadn't a clue what tyep of Pokemon it was, the darkened forest area made it hard to see.
Erin released the new Pokemon out of it's Pokeball to see what breed it was. 'Just a Nidoran..' Erin thought, but the Pokemon seemed a bit stressed and acting a bit funny. Erin returned the Pokemon and pulled out another Pokeball.
'Uh.. I don't want to stick around this place..' Erin thought to herself. She turned to leave, and as she walked out of the area she thought she heard the shifting of gears in a machine of some sort. Erin figured it was just a Pokemon and headed out.
Soon after Erin left the area, she spotted a rare Pokemon to the Safari Zone. 'Look at the Kangaskhan!! Wait... What's wrong with her? She's doing the same thing as Nidoran.. Do they know something we don't?' Erin asked herself.

Relaizing how much time he wasted because the ball kept shaking he rushed towards another area of the Safari Zone.

Trainers were scattered all over the Safari Zone. Already there were some with six Pokémon, and only a few minutes into the event. There was a sudden shake, but not enough to make trainers take notice. Not them, but the Pokémon took very close notice. They were watching the trainers, waiting for something. Some trainers caught a glimpse of this, but shook it away and continued.

48 seconds left til death.

Jason looked ahead, trying to hide behind a tree and waiting for a Pokémon to pass by. He had a rock in one hand and the Safari Ball in the other. He kept his eyes on the field...and out came a Girafarig, poking around the corner. Jason kept his gaze still. When the Pokémon was in clear sight, he jumped out of the shadows of the tree ready to throw the rock softly, like how the loud-speaker had explained. Don't hit the Pokémon, but aim for their feet.
But before he could, another trainer took the chance and threw a Safari ball.
Ah, what's the use. I gave up on this a long time ago.
Jason returned to the shadows of the trees and sat there, and he decided to wait until the event was over. He wasn't a fan of Pokémon training anymore, and the only Pokémon he had now was his Mightyena. He took the ball from his belt and looked at it.
"Just half an hour buddy. I don't even know why I came."

Jake kept runnning to find more Pokemon that he wanted. He didn't care about finding new breeds or new types of Pokemon and winning the contest. He was a Specialty Trainer and was proud of it and wanted to keep it that way.
He had to run through the forest to get to another lake area. The forest was so dark and thick that he couldn't see much. He kept running eager for the forest end and to find himself in front of another lake. Then... SMACK!... He fell to the ground face first and noticed that he tripped over someone.
He turned around and yelled at Jason not even knowing his name, "Hey! you can't just sit in the middle of the pathway and expect people to swerve around you!... besides what are you doing just sitting there? don't you want to catch Pokemon?"

Ned looked at the TVs. Each five seconds that ticked by, a different camera would come on. He was looking for his sister. The TV turned on to a dirt patch area, most likely where the ground types were. Ned stared closer. Erin threw a Safari Ball and captured her fifth Pokemon. She couldn't help noticing all the Pokemon acting so strangly.. 'Is anyone else noticing this? Am I the only one?' Erin asked herself as she moved on, spotting a Rhyhorn in the grass. At once, the Rhyhorn bellowed and shifted it's rock hard plates making a noise like claws on a chalkboard.
'Behavior like that usually means danger.. But what kind of danger? Danger from Trainors? Oh well.. I think this is disturbing the peace of the Pokemon, having Trainors running curcles around them like this.. I could care less about a new Pokemon, I don't need one.. I could've just come back here and caught all the Pokemon I wanted without some dumb contest... Moonlight is most likely annoyed at her Pokeball by now.. Not much time left. This is pointless.' Erin conclued and headed for the exit.
As she headed out of the current Zone, a Trainor rushed by her, carrying many Safari Balls. Erin fell, and hit the ground hard. She did not move for a few seconds, but she finally got up and cracked her back. "That is gonna be sore in the morning.." Erin mummbled under her breath.

He spun his Safari ball on the tip of his finger in front of the trainer showing off. Jake's Safari Ball then disappeared from his hand but he wasn't surprised by this. Knowing that he was already carrying six Pokemon, he knew that his Pelipper was safely transferred over to the Cerulean Gym.
He continued in his obnoxious arrogant tone, "And by the looks of what you're doing right now, seems like you've caught none. Why are you even in this event?... You're just wasting your time being here."

The cool sea breeze washed over his face as he sat behind the captain of a small motorboat. He could see they were approaching their destination rather quickly and decided to strike up a conversation in order to fill the awkward silence between them. ‘So…’ Miles began uncomfortably, attempting to sound casual, ‘have you sailed across this part of Hoenn before?’
The captain was slightly taken aback by the sudden question but smiled as he processed his answer. ‘I’ve made a few stops at Lilycove before, for business and what not, nothing really important.’ He smiled but did not look at his passenger. ‘We’ll be there in a few minutes now.’
Miles nodded but remained silent as they entered the city’s harbour. The sea air was surprisingly stronger across the harbour then it was when travelling across the ocean. Miles could feel his heart beating a little faster as they docked beside several small dinghies in the water. He was finally here; the place where he would find and eventually reunite with his parents.
Miles bid farewell to the sea captain and headed into town.
Large clusters of people were scattered all throughout the city, obviously taking part in some sort of celebration or event. Following the information on the papers he had found in his parents’ room, Miles recognised the attraction and soon arrived at the entrance to the infamous Lilycove Safari Zone.
There were a number of guards at the entrance blocking the pathway inside. Groups of people and Pokémon were also gathered around the entrance, most probably waiting for their turn at the event. Miles paced across the square in front of the zone, taking care not to bump into anyone as he begun contemplating about how he and his family were connected to this event and their relationship with Team Rocket.
Large monitors were flickering above the zone’s entrance, displaying the areas and people inside who were taking a part in the event.
‘Hmm, looks like the event’s already started…’ Miles mumbled, as he leant against the guard rail surrounding the square.
Watching the monitors with mild interest, Miles suddenly spotted something strange happening within one of the screens. He stood up straight and decided to approach the entrance a little closer. However, before he could attempt a second glance, the screen had already changed displaying another area within the zone. ‘What was that?’ Miles began, scanning the monitors in hope of seeing the image again. He stood unmoved outside the zone, the image he had seen still burned in his mind. ‘It couldn’t be…’

Mimi kicked a Pokeball. The Kirlia seemed to be telling her something, with all that floating and squeaking... But what exactly?!
She looked on at all the other Pokemon. a Wingull was falpping around. Murkows crowed and Rattatas started to run in the same direction... What WAS going on? However, Mimi had no time to think, for a Skitty was right in front of her, chasing it own tail then began to CHEW ON... IT!
"Oh my gosh!" mimi exclaimed, horrfied. "Skitty, please stop IT!" The Skitty looked up with interest at first, then her tail lowered between her legs, and she scratched on the wed mud. "What are you-" Mimi asked, tensed and nervous, but she paused abruptly."T-this i-i-is... "
-----------------------------------------------------------
Hayaeko grated her teeth. "I see... Thanks for contacting me anyway..." The handphone clicked off with a beep.
She clenched her fist and looked at all her captured Pokemon. Pelipper, Geodude, Luvdisc, Machop, Ekans, Seviper... She had contacted Mimi on the phone, and realised that Mimi had way more than her, and... ANOTHER THING.
"I've GOT to capture more, and warn the others at the same time!" Hayaeko started to dash desperately. On the way she captured a Scythor and a Houndoom, which kept growling and whining at the top of its lungs. Scythor was hitting its blades against each other...
"I've got to find the others!"
--------------------------------------------------
"I've got to... Find the others!" Mimi dashed across the large field, her miniskirt fluttering. She came face to face with two trainers, both male. One looked older than the other.
"Excuse me, have you two been realising it?" Mimi interuppted their conversation. "By any chance have you two been too engrossed in your arguing or something, the Pokemon..."
Mimi took notice of another young trainer, and beckoned to her[Erin].
"Hey, you there!" Mimi shouted over. "Have you been realising? The Pokemon, they all act so strange!"
------------------------------------------------
Hayaeko entered the current Zone where Erin was, trying to find some other trainers. She had told as many as she could, but there's just.. not enough time.

Jake turned around to see the small girl that interupted them and looked a little over 13. Her face was showing utmost concern and worry. The question that she just asked them, about the Pokemon, what was this girl talking about. He stopped bickoring with the other trainer and decided to speak to the girl to find out what she notices from the Pokemon. He gulped down the arrogance in himself and instead spoke in a concerned tone. She seemed like she knew something...
"What are you talking about?... what about the Pokemon?... is there something wrong you know about?," he asked her. He hadn't notice alot about the Pokemon maybe because he spent alot of time arguing with the other trainer and didn't even nootice the Pokemon. He looked round to see if there were any Pokemon nearby but there was none. It was just them in the forest that seemed really dark.

As she watched the hunt progress, she too started to notice the strange behavior the Pokemon had taken. Something seemed to be amiss, and her Vulpix, though she had stopped her struggle, still seemed a bit unnerved. Panting, the fox Pokemon was now merely trembling in some sort of fear, and by now Pixie would have gotten used to being around all these strangers. However...perhaps it was something much more signifigant than a mere fear of being with unknown people. Something bad was going to happen.
Shaking these thoughts from her head, Satomi once again assumed that maybe it was out of fear for the Pokemon in the Safari Zone. Maybe there were some abusive trainers out there who were catching Pokemon, or perhaps the Vulpix just had some sort of fear of Pokeballs. Satomi never truly kept her in there for a long amount of time.
Her gaze as well turned towards the television screens, squinting her eyes out of mere habit and also a desperate attempt to see anything that could be unnerving. She saw a mound of dirt for a quick couple of seconds, and then it flickered to a young trainer cursing at herself for missing the catch of a Pikachu.
"Are there Dugtrio in the Safari Zone?" she pondered aloud to bother herself and to her Vulpix in order to calm it, "I've been in there many times and haven't seen a glimpse of one...perhaps they just recently added them in...?" Of course she got no reply from her Vulpix, whose maw was now resting in the crook of her armpit in a somewhat desperate attempt to feel safe.
Oh how she wished she knew...

Erin nodded to the two new trainors that approached her. "Yes, yes. So I'm not the only one noticing this.. Something big is going to happen.. I can feel it in the Pokemon behavior.."
Erin covered her ears at the sound of a Yanma screeching in terror. Nothing seemed normal about these Pokemon at all. "This is why I was headed towards to exit, but.." Erin suddenly felt a pain go through her back. "But, I think I fell on a rock and hurt my back... I'll do my best to warn others.." Erin said slowly.
Just then the ground shook underneth her feet for a moment. "Did any of you feel that?" Erin asked. A loud, gear-like screech filled the air. Rusty and horrible. "What the heck is going on here?!" Erin asked despritly.

His ears were still ringing from the horrible sound. It was similar to the sound of nails scratching a chalkboard.

The sound was faded but definitely real. Miles flinched as he heard the sound emit from within the zone. It lasted for just a moment but he was sure he had heard it. The sound was unique almost foreboding. He quickly looked around the entrance trying to see if anyone else had heard the noise. No other citizen appeared to have taken any notice of it but Miles was definite on his decision. ‘There is something in that place…’ he shot in a sudden rash but forced whisper.
He finally altered his gaze from the monitor where he had seen something very obscure and out of the ordinary. He felt suddenly depressed and suspected something ominous was approaching. His heart raced as he scanned the screens for any other sign or message that might explain the feeling he was beginning to have.
Shots of dirt rocks and grassy plateaus flashed across the monitors above the zone’s entrance. Miles could see something was wrong: the Pokémon inside were acting in an almost hostile manner, as if something was threatening them. ‘What is going on?’ he exclaimed.
Miles watched the screens until another image suddenly caught his attention. There were a group of Pokémon Trainers all gathered in a small clearing within a forest enclosed area. He watched the group intently. ‘That’s strange…’ he thought, speaking in a hushed tone, ‘maybe they have something to do with the event…and my parents.’ Suddenly, something caught his eye. He noticed something stirring in the background and knew it was neither human nor Pokémon. However, before he could obtain a better look, the monitor flashed and another image was displayed. Miles blinked but kept his gaze upon the screens, hoping that he would see the image again.
‘Something’s not rig-ah!’ he began, before breaking off his sentence as he made an attempt to grab the guard rail. The ground was beginning to shake and almost knocked everyone in the square to their hands and knees. The guards were shouting, obviously startled by the sudden quake.
Finally breaking his watch over the monitors, Miles looked around the square as the ground continued to shake. Pokémon and trainers were on the ground undoubtedly dazed by the sudden rupture. He saw with relief that some other trainers and Pokémon were more instinctive when it came to natural disasters: there was a Geodude weighting a small young boy in the air who was evidently its trainer; there was also another teenage girl who was comfortably shielding her Vulpix as they steered away from the bustling entrance.
The monitors were crashing around the entrance and the guards were escorting people away from the structure. Miles realised that he was losing the only chance he had of finding his parents. He knew that this sudden disaster wasn’t natural. Something more threatening was the cause of it.
‘I have to find out what’s going on!’ Miles exclaimed falling to the ground, still clutching the guard rail. The ground still shaking beneath him, Miles pulled himself up and began racing towards the Safari Zone.

The ground shook at a larger quake. Jason almost lost his balance. He was getting annoyed for a moment that he caused a group of trainers to form just by sitting down, but he put that aside. He realized there were bigger things at stake right now. Jason turned around and…saw a metal drill coming right out of the ground?
“What the heck is that?” Jason pointed. The drill retreated to the ground, the quake stopped. Time seemed to stop for a couple of seconds. Then, the dirt picked up and a gust of it headed in all directions, including where he and the other trainers were. Jason lost balance and fell to the ground. Metal gears were heard extremely loud, and trainers were coming out of other sections, seeing the metallic vehicle, wondering what it was. The noise it made was deafening, as it pulled itself out of the ground. Blades at the fronts flipped to the sides and started spinning in circles at high speeds, as blades from above it moved to the front and back. Jason could just stare in awe, dumbstruck.

Jake noticed these drills popping out from under the ground, and suddenly that damilar screeching noise came back and then he realized, "so those were the things that made the horrible noise...but... whats going on?".... He couldn't bare the sound anymore, he covered his ears as tightly as he could. He didn't know what was going on and was really confused.
Suddenly, a drill popped out right in front of him hurting his hears tremendously and cauing the ground to shake so much he fell on his back.
Jake got up quickly and ran to hide beihnd a bush and watch to see what was going to happen?... "What is the contest trying to do to us?"...He watched, and not only were drills surrounding them, but a bunch of trucks pulled in surrounding the perimeter. Out came numerous people in Black, Red, & Blue uniform. "They couldn't be.... NO!," he recognized those black uniforms with the 'R' on them.

Hanae stood in the crowd as the uniformed men stepped out out the trucks. She held onto a nearby pole and saw who they were. "Team R-rocket..." she softly whispered. She remembered them back in Celadon City, they always hanged out around the Game Corner. She didn't know the other two but they didn't matter, her eyes were focused on the men in black.
She saw mass confusion in the trainers and spectators. The Pokemon had started to shrill while drills still came up from the grounds. She held onto her two Pokeballs closely since Team Rocket had a reputation of stealing Pokemon. Her aunt stood behind her and put her hand on her head hoping to comfort her. "It'll be okay Hanae... at least I hope so..." said the lady.

“Get those rifles moving people!” yelled an Aqua member, the apparent leader of the bunch. The trucks were crashing against trees and other objects as they were cutting through the west side of the Safari Zone. Aqua, Magma, and Rocket members were setting up their weapons, ready.
“We’re in,” the driver called out as the road got more bumpy. It was hard to keep sitting down in the metal seats welded to the sides.
“IN what?” asked the Aqua leader.
“We’re in the Safari Zone. I just need your orders on where to park this thing.”
Suddenly, right in front of them a drill poked right up. The driver widened his eyes and turned the wheel, knocking everyone around and making the truck skid so its back was facing farther into the Safari Zone. And deeper in, there were trainers.
“Alright, everyone off!” yelled the Aqua leader. The back opened sharply revealing many other trucks with Aqua, Magma, and Rocket members. The Aqua leader turned back to the driver and said, “Your orders are to let everyone off this truck, and the others. Drive around the Safari Zone to the entrance. Pick up anyone that tries to get around you. There are already members there, but we are all needed.” He hit the seat and jumped back, running across the truck to the outside with weapons, leading the others. “Everyone, outside now!”
The trucks left all three of the members stranded and were leaving. Some made their exits, however…some were cornered by other massive trucks that stopped by.
This was puzzling for a moment. Then they all realized it. It was a trap.
dang, they did it again, the Aqua leader thought to himself.
Trucks crashed into the leaving trucks, slamming them useless, and even turning some to their sides making members scatter. Then the back of the trucks, the hatches, opened slowly, a small fog coming out.
“Aim!” yelled the Aqua leader. The other members agreed. Smoke appeared for just another few seconds…then normal type Pokémon started piling out. “Fire!”
Gunshots were heard as the Pokémon jumped out. They were ignoring the fact that they were in a public area, and that there were children that could possibly be around.
Believe me, the Aqua leader thought to himself. This is much better than the alternative.

Gunshots were heard blaring and cries of Pokémon filled the air. Jason wasn’t sure what to look at: the array of bullets flying to his left, or the large machine from the ground.
Then, the machine’s core seemed to rise above as more blades appeared. Trainers were backing off. Then a blade was thrown and passed right above Jason. He ducked, even though there was no way that he could possibly go lower than he already was. And he looked at where the blade hit.
A male trainer…the blade flying and cutting right through his shoulder, and hitting the tree behind him. The male was Keith. Jason had a horrified expression as he lay on his front side. He looked back and scrambled to his feet. He ran from the trainers that surrounded him. He passed his friend, unable to look away from him. He lay dead, half of his right shoulder cut to have much organic features in view.
Sarah! Thought Jason.

Rockets, Magma, and Aqua members were arriving through the entrance of the Safari Zone, surprising several spectators and other trainers that had not participated in the event. Ned didn’t want to look at them. Instead, he turned away and saw the screens…and saw other Rockets there with rifles.
“No…Heather!” yelled Ned. He jumped over the guard rails, not listening to the guards that called him. He would’ve ran farther in if he didn’t see the swarm of trainers retreating towards the entrance.
Ned ran by a tree and waited for the mob to pass. It was taking awhile. It seemed endless. Seeing this, Ned ran through the trees. That’s where he saw the Rockets, but he had to find his sister. He gave several glances to the swarm running hoping to find her.
“Heather, where are you!” Ned yelled, panicking.

The sound of milling metal grew steadily louder the closer Miles drew to the entrance. Pokémon and trainers alike were shouting and pushing as they forced themselves out from within the zone. The Safari Zone staff members were attempting to calm the crowd in order to ease the evacuation further, but the continuous shouts from the citizens surrounding the site were not helping the situation.
Miles could hear the cries and shouts of the Pokémon Trainers and Pokémon deeper inside the zone but forced himself to keep following the only clue he had of finding his parents.
‘Now…how do I get in?’ he asked himself, looking hazily around. Just then, he noticed a single guard leaning over the guard rails yelling into the zone. ‘Hey kid, you can’t go in there!’ the guard exclaimed, waving his arms in the air in an effort of convincing the runaway, ‘it’s dangerous!’
‘I have to get in there, but I have to make sure I don’t get caught…’ Miles thought, hastily looking around for some sort of sign or message that would tell him what to do. He couldn’t however, find anything that would help him get into the zone without being noticed. ‘Looks like I’m going to have to just run it,’ Miles said, without any real enthusiasm.
Without hesitation, Miles pushed the guard aside while hoisting himself over the guard rail and into the Safari Zone grounds. Landing on his hands and knees in a less than graceful fall, Miles forced himself back up and began running deeper into the zone, following the shouts and cries emitting from deeper inside.

Before Mimi could nod in agreement, Hayaeko borught the other trainer over. "Yup, this place.. TEAM AQUA! TEAM ROCKET! Oh my gosh!" She screamed as a drill flashed out of sudden from the ground beneath her.
"Be careful!" Hayaeko bawled as she pushed Mimi away. She herself sustained a minor cut. "Ow... What the heck is going on here?!"
The trainers watched, soem devasted, some horrified. Rhydorn came drilling out of the groun, Yanmas were floting around, and Goldeen and other water Pokemon were jumping iaimlesssly in the water.
Mimi looked at Jake with concerned. "I say, who's this guy?" She pointed to Jason. "Ah, never mind him, I'll explain to you on the wa-Y~!" Mimi let out a bloodcurling scream. Bullets were flyign around with agile speed, and one just... Missed her.
"Argh! Go away your Aqua... Aqua GRUNT!" Hayaeko gave one of their Grunts a sharp cuff on her neck. The violet-haired teenager screamed in horror and anguish.
"HOW DARE YOU!" The Aqua Grunt attempted a slap to Hayaeko, and before they knew it, a fight was really starting.
"EVERYONE! Listen to me, get as many Pokemon as you can, save them! From that evil organisations!" Hayaeko shouted across the field to confused trainers. "Then... RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!"
----------------------------------------------------------------
"NOOO! GET LOST YOU... INSOLENT EVIL DUDE!" Mimi again gave out a shriek as a Rocket Grunt riding on a drillling machine targeted her. " I have no chocie... Go, Beautifly!"
The Rocket Grunt was squealing with a mocking tone. "WHAT! You think THAT can defeat my Pokemon?" She covered her mouth with one painted-nailed hand, and released a red beam of light. "Get that twirf and those brats, Ninetales!"
Ninetales whined. Mimi could see that whipping marks were noticeable on its body. Poor she! "Beautifly, we have no problem against type disadvantage! Show that Ninetales your String Shot!"
"Ha, you insolent brat!" Rocket Grunt- Idlies- giggled with a wicked voice. "Ninetales, shut that Beautifly and her trainer up! Use Fire Blast on that String Shot!""
Mimi smirked. "Wow, even you have a poor chocie of words... Beautifly didn't even make a sound! Beautifly, it's OK, use Silver Wind-TO THE MAX!"
A blast of heat lighted up the String Shot. The scene was chaotic, but radiant. Beautifly squirmed and countered it with Silver Wind, using it full-strength. The tornado begin spinning for Beautifly was spinning the strings shot attack at the same time. The Fire Blast attack was spinning too, but some flames shot out and invaded the ground.
"Oh great... Somebody use Assist or Water Gun or whatever, put this flames out!" Hayaeko folded her arms. 'I don't have a Water Pok-... WAIT! I have Goldeen!" She reached out for her Safari Ball. "Go, Goldeen!"
A fish with a horn attached to its forehead appeared into the scene. It used its Water Gun attack, and the flames were put out. "Oh my god! The bullet just missed me!~" Hayaeko shouted at the top of her lungs.
Meanwhile, as some of the heat had been put off, the Fire Blast Attack's heat immediately decreased. Beautifly took the chance to increase her string shot speed.
"Excellent, Beautifly, now continue that Silver Tornado, but try using Gust and then Whirwind to increase the strength!" Mimi encouraged it as she tried to dodge bullets and drills."Thsi si chaotic.."
Beautifly immediately created a gust of wind, and another huge whirlwind-tornado like gust, and it increased the power of her atatcks! Ninetaleswas sweating, and then...
'Ooooooooouuuuu!'
Just a Ninetales fainted, Hayaeko's Houndoom started to whine and growl and do all sorts of noises a typcial wolf will make. Hayaeko smiled. "I guess I'll have to use you. Go, Houndoom!"
A wolf-like dog flashed out and started to use Flamethrower at all the bullets without commands. Hayaeko scratched her head. 'Eh, you are a rebellious yet headstrong one..." Houndoom glanced at Hayaeko cooly, but with some tingling respect."Alright... I suggest now you use Fire Spin on all those drills... Then Goldeen, use your Water attacks to put off the extra fire!"

As he raced through the grounds of the infamous Lilycove Safari Zone, Miles began to contemplate what he would do and what he would have to do in order to find his parents. He knew that there was some sort of connection between his family and Team Rocket by the various documents he discovered within his parents’ bedroom.
There’s something going on here…and I’m going to find out what. Miles thought definitively, as he finally made his way into the zone.
He continued to run deeper into the zone, the sound of shouts and cries was his only guide. He wondered what he would do when he would finally confront what was causing so much pandemonium within the event. He pushed through the lower shrubs surrounding the forest, following what he believed was the source of the sudden disturbance. He could again hear the sound of milling metal but continued further into the darkening forest. As he continued to make his way towards the source of all the trouble, he was beginning to hear voices in the distance and decided to investigate who they belonged to.
‘Show that Ninetales your String Shot!’ cried a voice. The call was immediately followed by the sound of a Beautifly attempting an attack. Miles peered through the foliage that surrounded him and spotted the same group of Pokémon Trainers he had seen on the monitors outside the entrance. ‘Not a battle…not now,’ he said under his breath, watching the fight continue. This was not what he expected.
A sudden gust of wind began brewing between the trainer and her Beautifly as it belted its wings. He noticed that the Beautifly trainer was facing against another Pokémon Trainer who was dressed in a complete black uniform adorning a large red ‘R’ imprinted across the chest. Team Rocket is here! Miles thought, suddenly growing excited. That means the papers were right…which mean my parents must be here…I have to find them!
Miles thoughts were suddenly interrupted by the sound of rifle fire, emitting from further within the zone. Thunderous bolts of electricity suddenly flashed across the clearing where the Beautifly and Rocket trainer were battling. Looks like trouble…I should help but I can’t let this opportunity slip. Hesitantly, Miles pushed away from his vantage position and proceeded further through the forest away from the clearing.
The amount of foliage and debris that was now filling his path was beginning to become a nuisance. ‘Got to keep going…’ he mumbled determinately. He pushed his way through the forest, the thick thorns and shrubs scratching his body. ‘I’m nearly out…’

A Rocket grunt came up behind Jake. "Hey, kid, either join us or die!," he pointed a huge drill towards him while other Rockets had their pokeballs with them. Jake simply smirked, "You couldn't make me join you even if you tried the best you could. You Rockets always have the weakest and poorly trained Pokemon."
The Rocket shot back at him. "Oh yeah kid! Let's see what you got, Arbok, Muk teach this punk a lesson!." Two Pokeballs were thrown and out came a large purple snake shpaed like a Cobra and the other, a large pile of sludge.
Jake smirked cooly."Starmie, Cloyster lets clean out these disgusting poison types!" Jake threw his Pokeballs and out came a purple ten-pointed strafish with a magnificent red ruby jewel in the center of it as its core and his other Pokemon, a large purple shellfish with a pointed horn just on the top of its head.
The rocket commanded his Arbok to use Posion Sting attack and his Muk to use Sludge attack. "Starmie, focus on that Muk and wash it away with your Hydro Pump and Cloyster, freeze Arbok and its attacks with Ice Beam!" Starmie and Cloyster did as commanded. A huge blast of water from Starmie came charging towards Muk blowing it away and leaving it really wet it fainted. Cloyster shot out a powerful Ice Beam from its horn freezing the Poison Sting attack and Arbok.
With the distraction of the Rocket's Pokemon that instantly fainted, Jake was able to escape them temporarily. While he was running for cover he saw a young girl Pokemon Trainer having trouble putting out fires with her small Goldeen. He decide to help her. He came up beside Hayaeko. "Looks like you need some help." He added with a smirk on his face.
"Starmie, Vaporeon, and Blastoise help put out the fires with Goldeen!" Out came Jason's starfish Pokemon again, along with a Pokemon that was blue and looked like a mermaid, and lastly a large blue turtle with huge gun launchers popping out of its shell that shot out huge amounts of water. They all helped the small Goldeen put out the huge fires.

"Wha-?!" Was all Erin coudl manage to say before these massive drills came up from the ground. The noise was unbareable, and Erin's ears were sensitive, she could not bare the noise very well.
Soon, people surrounded her, their guns pointed at her face.
"You may come with us and be safe. If you decline.. Well." One said.
Erin grasped the Pokeball of Dragonfly, but did not open it. Erin smirked to herself.
"I-I-I'll come with you!" Erin screeched.
They grabbed her by the arms and dragged her hafl-way to a nearby truck.
Erin pushed the button in the middle of the Pokeball. "Dragonfly, use Dragonbreath!!" Erin called.
Dragonfly broke free of the Pokeball, hitting all the surrounded Erin with a deadly Dragonbreath, Erin inclued. Dragonfly quickly picked Erin up and flew high in the air, above all the drills could reach. Erin was soon safly placed at the base of her long neck.

The entrance to the Safari Zone was getting crowded. Not because the trainers were returning, but because the Rocket, Aqua, and Magma grunts were walking in through the front. Many that were running towards the exit stopped and turned back. It was confusing. There were murmurs among the people that the Rockets had planned it all; that it was all a scheme to steal their Pokémon and the rare one that would be given out. But that didn’t explain why Magma and Aqua were there. Not only that, but would three teams really join together to form an alliance just to steal one rare Pokémon?
A Rocket member, female, apparently the leader of that group, shot at the ceiling. She then yelled to the people, “We know what you all are thinking, but you have to trust us!” there were more murmurs in the crowd. Probably wondering why they should trust evil organizations. “Please, none of you know what’s going on here. We’ve been fighting in this war for some time now, and it’s about to get global.” Again, this caused many to wonder. “This could be the end of your lives,” she said, as she unhooked her shotgun from her strap at her back. “Or you can come with us. You don’t have to join us, we want you to be safe. As I said before, there is something bigger at hand that none of you know about.
The trucks that could be seen through the glass door of the Safari Zone opened from the back. The Rocket stepped aside, along with many of the members.
“We can save you. We will save you. If you refuse,” she cocked her shotgun, “then you belong dead, since that’s the only thing you get to in the end.” There were shouts and cries from the crowd at this. “Come with us, join if you wish, or just be safe, and have nothing to do with us. But come with us.”
After a few seconds, the grunts were getting their weapons and aiming them at the crowd. “Get in the trucks.” Farther out behind the crowd, machines were getting closer…and they were literally tearing people apart. There were screams, and then most, ran forward towards the trucks, while others ran away from the entrance, to find an escape other than the evil organization route.
They’ll be dead in no time, the Rocket leader thought with pity at the people running away from them.

Sounds resembling that of firecrackers could be heard, and it took a moment for Satomi to react. She stood there, cobalt eyes wide as everything seemed to move in slow motion. Children running, blood pouring down from open wounds, others just running for the hell of it, to be safe. And then...
A bullet graced her arm, cutting the skin a meek centimeter as it sped forward, but the pain that shot up to her brain registered her out of the stunned paralyzed moment, and she ran. Pixie squealed in utter terror as a bullet tore part of her ear off, and the vital fluids trickled down warmly into Satomi's arms, dripping onto her jeans. She tripped, skinning both of her knees as the fabric ripped apart, and the scarlet blood began to trickle down her legs and soaking her feet.
As she fell, a hand caught her on the shoulder, and she defensively turned around, dropping Pixie. The Pokemon knew better than to run off, and was fighting all of its senses to do so. Her eyes trace over the brilliant "R" and immediatly her mind flickered back to the time where she lost her Cubone.
"YOU!"
"We're here to help..." said the Rocket, tossling his black hair. He was quite young, around Satomi's age, if not a few years older. His eyes still showed innocence, but still, he was a Rocket, and he would loose that soon. ((Hm, I may RP him as a semi-active character...probably not, but maybe...))
"No, you're here to torment the Pokemon. I don't trust you," screamed she, feeling hot blood pour down her mouth. She felt woozy, and the metalic stench of the liquid burned her nose. She leaned over and gagged, spitting out blood that accumulated in her mouth. Pixie was huddled by her side, shaking in utter fear.
"You have to..." he said, looking at her sternly. "You'll be dead if you refuse. You'll be safer..."
"Or is this just a plan?" Satomi snarled, leaning over again to gag. Blood dribbled out of her mouth, and for the moment, her head was spinning. She was growing dizzy...

Erin looked down of the very high view over the Safari Zone. She noticed the two young trainors that told her about how the Pokemon had been acting weird.
"Dragonfly, go back!" Erin ordered
Dragonfly seemed surprised but changed direction headed straight for the two. A powerful Beautifly, Houndoom, and Goldeen could be seen with these two trainors.
A few feet before touching the ground, Erin jumpped off.
"Dragonfly, Protect! Add a bit more protection with SafeGuard!" Erin commanded.
Dragonfly did as told and a barrier surrounded the Pokemon and trainors. Bullets bounced off the sheild as Erin faced the two younger trainors.
"Look, I'm here to help." Erin started. "I want to pay you back for telling me about the Pokemon behavior. There should be enough room on Dragonfly's back to make it out of here alive. I've gotten away before, I can get away again." Erin said, clenching her fist.

The scene was becoming more dangerous, almost out of control as time continued to pass. The sound of rifle fire crackled in the damp air surrounding the forest.
He could hear vivid footsteps and shouts all throughout the forest as he raced towards its exit. ‘What is going on here…?’ he panted, as he pushed apart the overhanging branches blocking his path. The sound of milling metal was growing steadily louder, forming an almost deafening tone. He could vaguely hear the shouts and cries of the Pokémon and trainers filling the zone’s atmosphere as he continued to race through the forest.
‘Found another one…’ spoke a sudden voice from Miles’ side, forcing him to an abrupt stop.
Miles turned to face the man who had just confronted him. Rocket… Miles thought, recognising the man’s uniform. What does he want?
‘You shouldn’t still be here, it’s getting dangerous,’ the grunt spoke without emotion, ‘we’re here to escort all Pokémon and Pokémon Trainers out from this vicinity, you must come with me.’
Miles stood unmoved, analysing his situation. The Rocket Grunt was holstering a black rifle from which Miles believed was the cause of one of the many sounds now surrounding them. The grunt was undoubtedly much larger than Miles, both in height and in size. He knew he wouldn’t be able to put up much of a fight but remained silent in his decision. ‘You’ll come with us then,’ the grunt decided without much enthusiasm. ‘Follow my directions.’
Miles felt himself being pushed forward by the Rocket Grunt as he led them out of the forest. Now what’s going to happen to me…?
Transport vehicles were now arriving, all adorned with the infamous Rocket symbol. Miles watched intrigued as crowds of Rocket Grunts emerged from inside. These grunts however did not appear to be concerned with either the welfare of the Pokémon or the trainers. That was when Miles finally began to realise the severity of the situation.
Rocket Grunts, who were apparently being assisted by a number of other men and women, were now surrounding a very large construct forming from within the ground. The other men and women assisting Team Rocket were also adorning a similar uniform; one red and one blue. Miles didn’t recognise them.
‘Come on…keep moving,’ the grunt said in an irritable manner, ‘the faster you move the safer you’ll be…’
Miles was taken aback by the sudden remark. He did not expect any member of Team Rocket to be attempting to rescue him, let alone any other Pokémon and trainers who were in danger. It was out of character for Team Rocket to be considered ‘good guys’. Miles had his doubts about allying himself with Team Rocket but continued to follow the grunt’s orders in hopes of possibly finding clues leading to his parents’ disappearance.
‘Have the charges been set?’
The accompanying grunt turned to his administrator as he prepared to address his response. ‘The charges have been set throughout the first and second areas of the sector; the third area is currently being organised as we speak; all constructs within the first and second areas were disabled and are now being exported.’
Metal fragments speared the ground as the sound of rifle fire ruptured into an explosion.
‘Number of casualties?’ the grunt’s administrator asked in an unemotional tone.
‘We have currently reported seven known casualties,’ the grunt reported. ‘Four deceased, three in critical conditions.’
‘Consulting Team Magma members?’
‘Two in critical conditions,’ the grunt replied.
The Team Magma Administrator remained silent and unmoved as he watched over the Safari Zone grounds. He could see in the distance a number of blue uniformed grunts surrounding another grounded drill.
‘Admin?’ asked the Magma Grunt.
‘Continue as planned…’ the administrator cut in, ‘dispose of anyone who interferes.’

Hanae held her aunt's hand and hoped that what she said was true. She was carefully focused on the groups rounding up people onto the trucks. She didn't notice but a Team Rocket member had came behind them. He pushed the two with the end of his rifle and beckoned them to get inside the truck. Hanae turned away while her aunt was aruging with the criminal. Hanae looked at her surroundings... and saw the rampage of all three groups.
She then felt the sting of her aunt grabbing her hand and making way towards the truck. Hanae resisted and said, "Why??! How can you trust this crooks?" She then felt the barrel of the rifle on her back. "Shut up kid, get in the truck." Hanae took a step forward and stood next to her aunt. She put one hand on her aunt's shirt and the other on her belt.
She felt the smoothness of her Pokeballs and grabbed one of them. She looked up and saw that the Team Rocket member was too busy looking at the others. She threw the red and white ball towards him and in a flash, a Metagross had came out. The Team Rocket saw the huge Pokemon and started to fire his rifle. The bullets reflected off the hard surface but the crook kept shooting hoping to succeed. Hanae turned to her aunt and said, "I don't think we should trust them... I remember what they did at Celadon..." Her aunt pulled her closer. "It's either this... or death..."

Hayaeko breathed heavily. 'My asthma... It's... -Pant pant-..." She ramaged through her bag for her inhaler. Once she found it, she inserted it into her mouth and started to press a slightly slided button. "T-t-thanks a bunch, Jake!"
Mimi finsihed off an Arbok with Beautifly's Ancientpower before she spun around with a concerned gaze on her face. "Are you guys having trouble trying to put out the fire?" She asked.
Hayaeko shook her head. "Not at all, Jake's been helping me, and his Pokemon are helping Goldeen..." She turned to the 4 Pokemon. "Goldeen, increase your power to the maximum! Take this x Attack!"
Goldeen's Water Gun attack immediately risen up.
Hayaeko grinned triumphauntly. "OK, Goldeen! Now, use your Water Sport and Rain Dance attack before making a huge Waterfull offense!"
The falmes were almsot put out. All of a sudden, out of nowhere, a drill popped out from the ground. Goldeen was startled- as it turned to face the drill, it noticed a male Rocket Grunt sitting comfortably on the top of it. That smirk on his face... It was as if he was underestimating Goldeen!
Goldeen, being a rash one, positioned itself in an angle such that all its water attacks will be focused on that Grunt. Water spilled out from the side also helped to put out flames at the same time.
Hayaeko slapped her forehead when the Grunt, obviously annoyed, sent out a Mightyena... "I thought Mightyenas were Aqua's favourite Pokemon!" She grumbled. "Goldeen, add in your Ice beam, now!"
The Mightyena was commanded to use Pursuit. It hrut Goldeen smakc on its horn. One could easilt tell that Goldeen was fumed by that attack. Ignoring Hayaeko's commands, Goldeen charge towards Mightyena.
"Goldeen, NO!" Hayaeko bawled as Mightyena used its Body Slam attack. " Agility! Then Ice Beam!"
Goldeen used Agility in the nick of time. Its speed increased, thus, Goldeen managed to dodge the Body Slam. Next, it released a beam of beautifly, glamouring ice, targeting the Mightyena, who was still on the ground due to the fact he missed that Body Slam...
-shine-
Mightyena was off the picture. "Way to go, Goldeen!" Hayaeko encouraged it. "Now, Houndoom, just use Flamethrower at all the drills. Goldeen will take care of the guns... "
All the guns pointing at Erin, Mimi, Jake and Hayaeko were shining as ice. However, it was at this point the head told them the difficult news...
"Join... them?" Hayaeko could hardly breathe. She nearly wished she had an asthma attack again so she wouldn't think so much. "I..."
Mimi bit her lip. "Dream ON!" She screamed over. "That was a nice and scheming one, Erin!" She gave her the thumbs-up.
Hayaeko. "Very Well, we will never JOIN those HOOLIGANS!"
"I think its time for us to escape... " Mimi whispered softly. 'Jake, Erin, Hayaeko, use all your Pokemon to Fly, Dig, Dive or whatever, even eleport to get away. We have caught some innocent Pokemon. I'll be letting them free after this incident ends... "

Jake agreed with Mimi as there was hardly any flames left. "Starmie, Vaporeon return!" The ten pointed purple starfish and the mermaid-looking pokemon turned red and went back into their Pokeballs.
He turned to his Blastoise. "Blastoise I need you to get rid of the rockets at the entrance of the Safari Zone with your Rapid Spin attack." The large-turtle like pokemon under stood and hid in his shell. He began to spin faster everytime. When he reached full speed he took off his shell spinning really fast.
"Hey Boss, look its a Blastoise heading this way....," an Aqua grunt said. His Boss turned around and sweatdropped. "You idiot! Don't just stand there!" But before they could respond Blastoise came up and rammed into all of the grunts knocking them off and pushing the trucks making a clearing for the Safari Entrance. Jake ran after his Blastoise at the entrance. "Haha! Good job Blastoise!," he said prasing his Pokemon. "Blastoise return!"
Jake then ran to the harbor. "Ok its your turn Lapras!" He threw a Pokeball into the air and out came a large blue transport type Pokemon. "Ok Lapras, we have to escapre from the Rockets and those other two teams. Just get into the middle of the ocean as fast as you can, far enough from the shore and we'll figure out where we should go from there." Lapras understood and Jake hopped on her back. Lapras was an excellent swimmer and they were starting to see the shore shrink in only a minute.
He thought about the other people he met in the Safari Zone and hoped that they were all right and that they were able to escape. But meanwhile, he had to think of where to go next.

Hanae watched as an outpouring of people left the Safari Zone. Even so, a staggering number had gone on the truck. Something in her mind told her to leave and don't go with the teams. Her aunt started to push her towards the truck. Hanae tried to resist. She looked straight to see her Metagross still reflecting the bullets, until her Metagross used Headbutt on the member. She turned around and told her aunt that she had an idea.
"I don't care about your ideas... we need to get to the camps and I'm leaving... with you or without," said the lady sternly. Hanae looked as her aunt was pushed into the truck. She felt tears in her eyes but she couldn't go with them. She had her Metagross go to the entrance with her to push the criminals aside. "Metagross, headbutt!" yelled Hanae. Metagross did so and with a forceful motion the crooks were knocked out. She ran outside the Safari Zone hoping that she would be alright and that she had chosen the right path.

The sound of explosions and milling metal echoed across the zone.
Miles felt the hard back of the grunt’s rifle as he was forced into the back of one of the transport vehicles. ‘Stay here,’ the grunt ordered, as he pushed Miles to the floor of the vehicle, we will be leaving shortly.’
Miles grimaced as he pushed himself onto his feet attempting to support himself against the wall of the vehicle. Great, just great…
‘The entrance has been broken through Admin, most of the people are escaping!’ a grunt suddenly exclaimed as he approached his superior.
‘Broken through?’ his administrator replied calmly.
‘Yes, a Pokémon Trainer and his Pokémon, a Blastoise I think, they broke through our barricades surrounding the entrance…’ the grunt continued in an exasperated tone.
‘Where is he going?’ the grunt’s administrator continued.
‘We have two members currently in pursuit of the child,’ the grunt replied worryingly, ‘he is heading towards the harbour.’
The Team Aqua Administrator began to laugh. The Aqua Grunt stepped back in surprise.
‘Admin?’ he asked.
The administrator stopped laughing and turned towards the grunt with a sudden smile. ‘He will not get away,’ he said loftily, ‘inform the outer posts that they are to capture and contain the runaway, we can not allow anyone to escape.’
The Aqua Grunt nodded and returned to his position.
The ground was still shaking as the vehicle sped across zone. Miles had fallen to the floor again but decided it best not to stand up while they were in motion. A number of other Pokémon Trainers and spectators were also inside the vehicle. There was a young teenage girl who often sparked arguments with their increasingly pressured driver; there was also an elder woman who appeared increasingly worried as the vehicle continued to speed on. Miles didn’t recognise any of them. He was beginning to regret following the grunt’s orders but also contemplated upon what he would have to have done in order to escape. Well this is a right mess I’ve gotten into… Miles thought depressingly. How am I going to get out of this one?
His thoughts were suddenly interrupted by the vehicle’s almost immediate stop as they had finally reached their destination. ‘This is it folks,’ the driver began with a disdainful smile, ‘your new home.’

While Jake was in deep though of where to go next he was interupted. Lapras could feel it too and cried out to Jake to get his attention. A chopping noise could be heard in the distance. It was getting louder and closer every second.
Jake then turned around to see that it was a helicopter with a large red 'R' imprinted on it. Jake realized it was the Rockets and they were in hot pursuit with them. Suddenly a micropone turned on and could be heard from the Helicopter.
"You can't escape from us kid. Come with us and you'll be safe from harm."
Jake did not trust the Rockets at all after what they pulled back in his hometown, Cerulean City. He would never seek their refuge even if they were the last people on earth.
"You asked for it kid." A rocket fired from the helicopter nearly hitting him and Lapras but Lapras swerved.
"Lapras, Ice Beam!," he commanded and Lapras shot an Ice Beam at the helicopter but it missed as the helicopter swerved away. It shot another missle and barely missed them.
Jake had an idea and told Lapras to slow down and stop. This caused the helicopter to rush over their heads at high speed.
"What the!?...." the Rocket grunt exclaimed. "Sooo he thinks he's smart does he?" And was turning the helicopter around.
While he saw the helicopter turning around, Jake saw this as his chance. He dove into the water and returned Lapras into her Pokeball. Then he called out his Blastoise andput a breath mask on. He told his Blastoise to swim underwater until they outran the helicopter. Jake laid on top of Blastoise shell and held on to Blastoise as they swam underwater.
Meanwhile, the Rocket grunt had just turned the helicopter around when he didn't see the kid and his Lapras anymore. "Huh!?.....," he exclamined and sighed. The Boss isn't going to be too happy with this." And flew back to shore.

Erin gave Mimi a thumps-up back at her before jumpping onto Dragonfly's back. As Dragonfly took to the air, Erin looked back at the two, making sure they would get away safely.
"Dragonfly, stay a little low.. I want to make sure those two get out of there. We may have to retreat to the ground again. If that happens.." Erin looked around. She pointed out Jake on a Lapris. "If that happens, I'll retreat to the water with SeaDragon. Do you understand me?" Erin asked her loyal Pokemon.
Dragonfly nodded and soared with grace in the hot air raises. "Dragonfly.. If we're seperated, just worry about yourself. If you can't find me, fly off and don't let anyone else touch you. You'd be safe around the mountains where a lot of other Dragon Type live. I promise, Dragonfly, if we get seperated, I'll find you. I promis--!!" Erin was cut off by a furry of bullets from a helicopter above.
"Dragonfly, Safeguard!" Erin ordered. Dragonfly protected them both from the bullets that hit the barrier and fell from the sky. "Dragonfly, we're faster than that thing, now use Agility and fly to the other side of it." Erin whispered. Dragonfly sped up at quickly flew to the opposite side. "Dragonbreath!" Erin ordered. Dragonfly burned the helicopter with the attack.
"Okay, now in a diving form use Dragon Claw!" Erin shouted. Dragonfly instantly reacted and cut through the metal of the helicopter with her powerful claws. The helicopter began diving toward the ground. Many Pokemon could be seen beneth it.
"Oh no! Dragonfly, use Agility to save those Pokemon!" Erin shouted. Dragonfly began diving straight down, and Erin clung to her as not to fall off. Dragonfly scooped up the many Pokemon, making a sharp turn that sent tickles through Erin's stomach, like a rollercoaster.

Hanae watched as a Flygon started to whisk through the air escaping the rampage of the three teams and saving Pokemon left and right. "Metagross... return," she returned her Metagross and then heard the sound of footsteps from behind. She turned around and saw team Magma members along with team Aqua members with rifles aimed at her. She gripped one of her Pokeballs and threw it. "Porygon 2! Use Lock-on and then Zap Cannon!" yelled the girl. A shockwave of electricity sparked towards the criminals and then they were down. Shivering like ashes due to the hotness of the attack. Hanae sighed and then had her Porygon 2 return... "Oh... no... I don't have anything to help me get out of Lilycove..." muttered the girl.

Erin and Dragonfly had set the Pokemon they rescued into a safer part of the Zone. Soon, they were flying over the Zone, watching the amount of trainors decrease rapidly. Some joining to 'safety', others flying or swimming away. Others stay, fighting off the Teams.
Erin spotted a girl who had taken down a mob of Team members with a Porygon2. Erin noticed the girl had only two Pokeballs on her belt, she seemed to have to transportation. "Dragonfly, see that girl, down there." Erin pointed out. Before slowly diving, Erin checked the area for any other Team member mobs. They seemed to die down, too. Their numbers decreasing.
Dragonfly glided close to the girl, and Erin let out her hand. "Needs some transportation?"

Hanae saw the girl extending her hand and asking if she needed some help. Hanae nodded her head and grabbed onto the girl's hand which helped her get on her Flygon.
"Thanks... I would have been stuck on Lilycove for those crooks to capture me if it wasn't for your help," said Hanae. "By the way, I'm Hanae..." Hanae looked down at Lilycove. Ruins had invaded the once beautiful Lilycove scenery. Hanae sighed as she turned her head away from Lilycove.

Erin smiled, "Nice to meet you, Hanae. My name is Erin Moonnite.. I.. Used to live in this wonderful city before these people came along and had to ruin it.." Erin said sourly as Dragonfly soared over the once beautiful city.
Erin looked over the side of Dragonfly, her eyes searching one area of the city. Her eyes rested in one spot. "Hmm.. There seems to be no goons there.. Hey, Hanae, do you mind if we make a stop really quick?" Erin asked the girl who sat behind her.

Hanae shook her head and said, "No... I don't mind... by the way, nice to meet you Erin..." Hanae took off her Panda Hat and held it in her hand. She started to sweat some more due to her being on a Flygon. She wanted to feel the cool breeze and to let some of the sweat disappear from her forehead.

Erin smiled weakly at Hanae, "Thanks, it means a lot. Or, at least, it will mean a lot to both of us." Erin said. "Alright, Dragonfly. See down there?" Erin asked, pointing at a spot that had two rocks side by side in a small clearing. Dragonfly nodded. "Good, now, see if you can land there... Softly." Erin added.
Dragonfly silently soared down into the trees where the two stones sit. Erin jumpped off Dragonfly, and helped Hanae off, too. Quietly, Erin returned Dragonfly and walked to the front of the two stones and got onto her knees. She took her cap off her head and held it against her chest. Whelted, dead flowers lay infront of these stones. On the stones themselves read, 'Teresa Moonnite' and 'James Moonnite'.
Erin soon finished praying, before walking to the side of the clearing. She peeked behind the corner to see if anyone was coming. "Alright, we're safe for now. We have to keep quiet, but we can talk for a minute. I'm gonna let you talk first, but I've got plans for later." Erin said, sitting at the base of a tree, fanning herself with her hat.

After swimming with Blastoise underwater for a while now. Jake decided to go up and told Blastoise to bring them back up to surface. Blastoise did as told and they came back up to surface the water. "Thanks Blastoise, that helicopter is long gone now. Good Job! I think you deserve a rest." "Blas..." it cried out with happiness before it returned into its Pokeball.
"Ok Lapras time to come out again!" Out came Lapras happy that it rested long enough and ready to travel. "You were great too Lapras! You tricked that helicopter by slowing down." He got onto Lapras and they started moving on top of the water again.
Before Jake dove underwater with Blastoise, he remembered seeing the girl from the Safari zone on her Flygon just above them. They were following them until they got chased by that Rocket helicopter. 'I
