anyone know where I can find scanned versions of the Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald manga?

ChaungYi translates them and you can order some from Grimsg (http://pokecommunity.com/member.php?u=6359).

Actually the Emerald one is impossible to be found in English. It's being released chapter by chapter along with the Pokemon Wonderland magazine. Let's hope it will eventually become tankoubon as the other did. (Same with the FireRed/LeafGreen saga...)

Yup, Emerald isn't out yet. Book 22 will certainly take a while to be compiled and translated, so you guys gotta sit tight.
However for books 1 - 21 of Pokemon Adventures or any other CY book you're interested in, drop me a line.

I'm sorry to inform you, that none exist unfortunately. You might want to buy however it translated into English like Grimsg said. I assure you that the Chuang Yi's translation are perfect. Nothing to compare with VIZ.

Took the words right out of my mouth, Ash_Pokemaster. Sadly, Chuang Yi didn't redo volumes 1-7 (which Viz did) and volumes 8 and 9 are a bit...weird. I wish Chuang Yi would translate those volumes themselves. And the last 3 Volumes of PiPiPi Adventure, too.
