I have known this for a few years,seen as i have got loads of Lv100 Pokemon.
Im sure you all know that Rare Candys move your pokemon up a level.Usually
you will only get about 2 or 3 Rare Candys but i'v got more than 200 believe me. You can get them too all you need is a GameCube and a Advance Port for the GameCube.Then press Z and Click on the options you will all so be playing your game aswell so press Z and the Cheats will come up.After you have done all of your Cheats go into the computer and check your items . By Pkmn Trainer Chloe who Has apparently beat everyone she's played.

the cloning information in the first poster's link works in any version of the game, and works because of a glitch in the game
