Currently the metagame lols at you for leading with this cause ppl lead with Bulky Waters, Regice, or Elecs with possible Spd and HP[ice]... This better have at least 264 Spd so u can DD effectively

OK... loling at a Celebi without any way to HEAL at all. Did you know that celebi is onli standard because it has so many weaks and needs to heal CONSTANTLY? Without recover it dies before getting off even one pass

Fine, and Fr0st, Sala doesn't need 264 Spd to DD effectively, and I'm not going to spend the time to explain why because i've done it a hundred times before. Sala has been a standard leadoff since I entered Netbattle D:

If you're going to pass Subs, go for 252 HP EVs to pass 101 HP subs. Overall, though, this is a bg set D: Run Psychic < HP Grass (you'll be BPing to Milo/Zappy anyway, who take care of anything you need to be hitting with Grass) and run Recover > Substitute. Since you're using this primarily as a BPer, drop all the SAtk and put it into your defense so this has a better chance to survive to BP.
