CBLee is better. Use CBLee with that spread IMO.

I forgot something.
Hasty>Jolly on Tentacruel IMO for more oomph out of HP.

Yomama never rate my teams again, all the spreads are standard, except when I mess around a little. In uu stuff like agron, hypno, clefable, and others carry thunderwave, and can rape your team if youlet them t-wave your team. Hey Tentacruel has 2 balls and a head, pretty cool.
Umby Sengo is bl, I use pr's list.

Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Bulk Up
- Hi Jump Kick
- Hidden Power [Ghost]

Focus Punch/HIJumpKick/Rock Slide/Earthquake @ Choice Band. If you want to Bulk Up use Top which also makes a better lead.
Aggron (M) @ Leftovers ** Aragorn
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 200 HP / 176 Atk / 56 Def / 76 SAtk
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Focus Punch
- Ice Beam
- Rock Slide

Actually, it needs 96 Sp. Attack EVs to OHKO 300 HP Gligar. Focus Punch is ****, give it Thunder Wave
Zangoose (F) @ Salac Berry ** Goosers
Trait: Immunity
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Brick Break
- Return
- Shadow Ball
- Swords Dance
Zangoose is BL, almost OU. Don't use it.
Arcanine (F) @ Leftovers ** 9s
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 188 HP / 20 Def / 244 SAtk / 56 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Crunch
- Extremespeed
- Fire Blast
- Hidden Power [Grass]
Put the Sp. Defence in HP.
Tentacruel (M) @ Leftovers ** Tenters
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Hydro Pump
- Sludge Bomb
- Substitute
- Swords Dance
Rarely use Tenta, but when I do I go 104 HP / 252 Atk / 152 Spd with Hasty. 301 Speed EVs let it outspeed Jolly Lee. With Jolly and no Sp. Attack EVs it doesn't have a shot at KOing Gligar or Solrock if they switched in on a Swords Dance. If they came on a Sludge Bomb then you'll KO them with Hydro Pump next turn.
Vileplume (M) @ Leftovers ** Fumes?
Trait: Chlorophyll
EVs: 236 HP / 188 Def / 84 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Aromatherapy
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Leech Seed
- Sleep Powder
252 HP / 56 Def / 40 SAtk / 160 SDef with Modest is what I use.
Be VERY careful with Pinsir as it can hit your whole team Super Effectively except Plume and Lee who die easily to him anyway. The only way you can beat him is by carefully timing a Sleep Powder with Vileplume when it thinks you'll HP Grass. If they think you're one of those that Sleep Powders the first turn then this will most likely not happen and they'll just switch in .
Be careful with the now popular Feraligatr too

Um, for the reference, last time I checked the standard spread for Tentacruel wasn't 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd. Maybe for CBcruel, which is simply retarded, but not for that kind of Tentacruel. Hasty please.

Actually, even with that spread it beats what it needs to. i prefer Hasty because with a Neutral on Sp. Attack it has a chance of OHKOing Solrock and Gligar while -Sp. Attack hurts them very badly. If they switch in on a Danced Sludge Bomb then Jolly is enough to KO them next turn with Hydro Pump

Smogon recommended Hasty as well. I tried it out and it worked well. Tentacruel needs the Speed and even without a -Defense Nature Tentacruel doesnt stand much physical attacks. Heck, it can't even stand one Earthquake.

No ****, I didn't know he was weak to Ground.
Never read Smogon analysis regarding UU as they're not worth it most of the time.
