I'd prefer to make it 2 dual types so If I were you I would use Jynx and Walrein IMO.

Regice is the best Ice type out there.
Articuno and Jynx are second due to their different abilities – Articuno for stalling and Jynx for special sweeping.

Well I agree some stronger ice types would work well but get some with moves that let the two pokemon work together.

Sneasel needs some love, not having any physical stab moves, and crappy special attack make me a sad panda.

Weavile is more suited to Sneasal, but I agree, Weavile sounds too much like Mawile...

I think all ice pokemon are crap... The best type there is would be Dragon, if they didnt match all their types up to be SUPER UBER WEAK against ice EG:
Dragon + Flying
Dragon + Ground.
Kingdra is the only pokemon with out a weakness!!! But cant learn any decent Dragon moves... pah. But Kyogre + Kingdra fighting together rule!!
Drizzle + Swift Swim = :D aaaaand
Drizzle + Thunder = :D:D

Kingdra has a Dragon weakness. Sableye is the only Poke without a weakness, but you can get around that too.
