Sleep Powder should go on Venusaur somewhere, preferably over Razor Leaf since Sludge Bomb takes care of other Grass types.

Also, that set is fine for Charizard. Without Swords Dance, it can’t be an effective physical sweeper.

It doesnt matter... When D/P comes out then in game and Competitive will mix which means that you should fear Starmie...
