I need movesets for these three Pokemon, could anyone help me out?

I only have Emerald so I can't trade around to get moves and what not.

If he wanted to use Cursepert the best set is Rock Slide/Rest/Earthquake/Curse with Adamant.

With Brave or Careful, instead of Adamant.

Well, I use Rock Slide sometimes, but if Ice Beam is better ok.
