okay, i plan on raising a special attack huntail, but i also want to take advantage of its good attack power, so i need some help.

Nature: Mild/Modest Nature
Moveset: Water Pule/ Surf
Confuse Ray/ Screech
Crunch
Hyper Beam/ Rock Tomb

Now, i dont know if this is an effective moveset or not, so i really need some help with it.

I'm simply speaking truth here. Water Pulse sucks, Rock Tomb sucks, Hyper Beam definately sucks, and Screech is meh and probably sucks too.

Have a nice day.

Also, Huntail is a pretty crappy Pokémon. Ludicolo, Kingdra, and Omastar can all use that Rain Dancing moveset better than Huntail can.

Unless this is the NU metagame, which I assume it isn't, don't use Huntail. Kingdra has a total of 412 Speed in rain not including a beneficial nature or EVs, but that includes 31 IVs. Kingdra would still be fast in the rain no matter what.

Kingdra is the coolest and fastest Rain Dancer in general, well, at least in my opinion.
