in my opinion its ash. he's a "strong" braty little trainer with non-evolved pokemon. (this is my opinion, dont bring it up with an argument-seing so many ppl like ash :badsmile: )

I never really liked that Misty character...she was only in he show for as long as she was to make the audience think that she and Ash had some sort of sexual relationship.

I hate ash and pikachu! Ash never evolves his pokemon, just like Stewie&rupert said, but he missed out the fact that he lets all his pokemon free (butterfree, charizard (he only needed a couple more gym badges before charizard obayed him, or Charizard may of just hated him) etc, etc, etc) And is it my imagination, or does he always catch everything in Pokéballs, not Greatballs, Ultra balls or (if he was lucky enough to get one but wouldn't pick it up) a Masterball. Pikachu is way too stupid to relise that it would be better for the viewers if he stayed in his pokeball.

PIKACHU JUST DOESNT LIKE POKEBALLS *cough* lol anyway it doesnt matter if pikachu isnt a pokeball and if you actually payed attention to the episodes I dont think Pikachu is a he. And it isnt a problem if he doesnt catch anything in fancy balls it doesnt matter.. ... Hm I just hate Hakura XD just kidding, I just hate the minced meat of giovanni.. hes such an ugly freak of nature. lol ^^;

Lol, watching the big tournament episodes, I'd be rooting for the oponent! He always wins against the impossable! ER! And he's always letting pokemon go. And if that isn't anying enough, he didn't catch half his pokemon. They came alone with him. (See: Mystery at the Light House)
And he always seems to catch what he wants. And the constant three leading pokemon, he catchs them to! (Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirle, Chikorita, Totodile, and Cindaquil.) Its only a matter of time, (maybe I already missed it!) before he gets Torchic, Trecko, and Mudkip....WAIT! He Caught Trecko on Yesterdays episode! OMG! It's happening again!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely LOATH Haruka ! I am afraid i really dislike her , for her clothes , for her terrible dubbed voice , for the fact that she has put pressure under us AAML fans with the whole "Advance shipping thing" for the fact that she has been said to have replaced Misty (Who BTW could never be replaced) and just for her preppy personality o.o I i have never liked her and i never will. She has ruined AG for me *growls*

I will agree her dub voice isn't that good, but luckily that isn't her real voice. It's only her voice for those who want Pokemon in English. Her Japanese voice is much better.
It's not her fault people put into this whole "shipping" thing.
As for Kasumi, she is a classic Pokemon character and was good while she was here (though I was starting to get tired of her as the series went on), but I honestly think Haruka's better. It's a matter of opinion I suppose, but anyways Haruka doesn't have to replace Kasumi, she's great enough on her own!

I dislike May as well. I want Misty back really bad.

Yeah like it used to be... in the first season...
If they came in in every episode, at least they weren't annoying back then... and they rarely used to interrupt serious Pokemon battles, but now that's all that ever happens..
It's phenomenon if they don't nowadays...
I think they should put alot more detail into Team Magma and Team Aqua in the Advanced Generation... and make like Team Rocket part of the "Hoso" episodes.

Characters I hate...Hmmm...Max. Yep. Definatly Max.

Characters I don't exactly hate, but rather just are sort of annoying: Ash, May and Tracy. Ash because of his action-heroish ways of doing things, and Tracy because I think his character wasn't developed enough to be one of the many priceless one's on the show. May, because she's just sort of ditzy. Not very origional. If she had been battling for badges instead of going for contests, I might have a more poistive opinion of her.

What's wrong with being a Pokemon Coordinator and battling for ribbons rather than badges? Everyone takes different paths. You don't have to be battling for badges to be cool. Besides having Haruka as a Pokemon Coordinator is a good way for the makers of the anime to promote the Pokemon Contest feature, and besides it would get old if Satoshi and Haruka both battled the same person to earn a badge. It would be like watching the same battle twice.

Personally, I don't mind if she goes for the contests, I just think it was a rather heavy-handed way of introducing the concept (even for Pokemon). I think that being a Contest Trainer suits May's personality all that well. That being said, I don't like her all that much. Ash I don't really like either. Max, Richie and Snap (Todd) must die, and die soon. Butch and Cassidy I think are a bit one-dimensional (again, even for Pokemon), and I don't really like them either. Most of the various MC's in a LOT of the episodes, particulaly Johto era.

I just thought it would be interesting to see another character battle for a badge besides Ash. Maybe offer Ash a little close-to-home healthy competion on his quest. I supppose there's really nothing wrong with the contest's, but I just think there could have been so much potential to May's quest to go for badges.

Anywho, I've always hated Professor Ivy and her aides. I can't quite put my finger on why I still hate Professor Ivy (Hey, if I got stuck with three obnoxious brats like the triplets, I'd at least look heavily drunk all the time too.), but her aides have always annoyed me. Their voices, their mannerisms... Oh, god. I just can't stand them.

Maybe it's also the fact that there's four women in one building, and not one of them has actual housekeeping skills (or PokeBall opening skills, for that matter) between them. And they're not that bright in general anyways. They've taken blow torches, jackhammers, and lazers to the GS Ball, and yet, they haven't actually thrown it like a normal ball. (Granted, neither did anyone else, but I'd like to think that's beside the point.)

Other than them, Max gets on my nerves due to how haughty he can be. He's starting to grow on me a little, though. However, in a few months, I'll probably want to throw him off a cliff again.

XD I personally do not understand all the fuss about Misty and May. They both seem fine to me. And on the subject of battling for badges or ribbons, it seems like EVERYONE wants badges. XD I'm glad May wanted to do something different. It seems original to me.

Anyway, the characters I really don't like much are Ash and Pikachu. I think Ash gets really mean with Team Rocket and completely overreacts much of the time. Many times they're just hungry and he simply goes and blasts them away! It's like they don't have any rights or something. And then Pikachu does the actual blasting, soo. . . . Yeah. Brock's kinda irritating sometimes, but I don't mind him as much. I was glad he came back in Advanced. ^^
