TIP TO GETTING SHINY
(duno if this works for all but so far it has worked for me and few of my friends; takes around 30-60minutes)
1. Go to the pokemon's hotspot/area and find a small area such as 4x4 field preferably
2. Run around or jump in same place over and over again
3. Watch all the pokemon that come by and just wait till your luck is here
*Note*>>>i found out that sometimes the mood of your own pokemon affects the rate of getting a rare pokemon as well as your reputation. And some could only be found depending on the time day/night as well as only after some certain events
Note: it actually gets easier if ur reputation in pokemon contest and battles is high and the feeling ur pokemon have towards you so i advise u to make ur pokemon as happy as possible
The Formula for the rate is as follows: REPUTATION + MOOD/TRUST OF POKEMON = Rate to Shinys which is increased by 1 pct per pokemon's mood stage and reputation
