Your team is pretty awesome - I think the only thing I could suggest is to have a Baton Passer like Umbreon, Ninjask etc. for Battle Tower battles and Battle Dome battles. Preferably Umbreon with: Curse, Baton Pass, Return/Facade/Shadow Ball/Secret Power(depending on what TM's you have) and Moonlight/DoubleTeam. It's really hard to level up Umbreon though with just one physical attack and the rest supporters though, so I suggest leveling up Using Curse, Baton Pass, Facade and Shadowball and then when you're about to reach level 100 or 50 (depending which challenges you usually do) go to the move tutor or teach Umbreon the last move instead of shadowball or facade...That's just how I did it though...you may have a different moveset in mind and that's just fine.

Your movesets are fine. Your EVs need work. You need to learn that there are other possibilities for EV spreads besides 252/128/128.

For instance, Metagross works with 64 HP / 252 Atk / 104 Def / 88 Spd. The HP and Defense EVs help it against Ground attacks, and the Speed EVs ensure that it will outspeed Pokémon like Jolteon and Aerodactyl after one Agility.

in my words your pokemon are fine you just need to change the moves
the one thing i would change is give metagross explosion which woyld make it one of the strongest pokemon!
