A trainer card in my sig

hey i was juts wondering how you guys got those trainer cards in my sig and where i can get on. ^_^

Trainer cards can be found in the [url-inline=forumdisplay.php?f=62]Trainer Card[/url-inline] subforum. There are several request threads around there, just ask in one of those.
