for example - Dark ampharos
its pokemon power - Conductivity, Whenever your opponent attaches an energy card from his or her hand to pokemon, this power dows 10 damage to that pokemon. (dont apply weakness and resistance) This power stop working of you have more than 1 dark ampharos in play or while dark ampharos is asleep, confused, or paralyzed.

this is what's written in the card. my question is this power is in affect even if pokemon is in the bench or is it have to be active pokemon on the center.
because it dosen't said in the card. most 2 stage card has insturction when to use the power.

please let me know

Hmm as far as I was aware, unless stated otherwise, powers were on all the time that that pokémon was in play, benched or active. But then, my knowledge of the rules is from before stuff like poké-boody...

You need to use most Poké-Powers - and if they're before the time of Poké-Body, it'll specify if the Power is always on.

I see. So, newstyle pokémon powers are usually activated things, (like a free attack sort of thing), wheras the constant powers are mostly pokébody.
