Nyah, I don't think I can do much about the EV spreads, but I'll see what I can do about the rest. ^^
Ninjask (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Speed Boost
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Baton Pass
- Silver Wind
- Substitute

Metagross @ Choice Band Leftovers

Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Agility

- Meteor Mash
Ooookay, dare I ask what you were thinking putting a Choice Band on Agiligross? o.O Lefties for this set. If you want to CB then replace Agility with Sludge Bomb or some other filler physical move, because Agility isn't going to do it any good.
Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Immunity
EVs: 160 HP / 72 Atk / 138 Def / 140 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Curse
- Rest
- Return
- Shadow Ball/Earthquake
Most people like to have Earthquake over Shadow Ball on Curselax since it lets you handle Tyranitar, but whatever.
Heracross (M) @ Salac Berry Leftovers
Trait: Swarm
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Endure Rock Slide/Hidden Power [Rock]
- Megahorn
- Reversal Brick Break
- Swords Dance
Rever
Tyranitar makes rever Hera a sad poke indeed. You do realize that the constant Sandstorm is going to knock this out the moment you use Endure, right? Don't use pokémon that screw each other over, that's basic. Go with the standard SDance Hera instead.
Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 72 Atk / 98 Def / 88 Spd
Adamant nature (+Attack, -Sp.Attackl)
- Crunch Rock Slide/Hidden Power [Rock]
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Focus Punch Taunt
Nyah, this looks like some kind of twisted mix between Boah and DDtar, and I guarantee you, those don't work. xP Either take one or the other, DDtar is above (Don't know the EVs, though) and Boah looks like so:
@Leftovers
Trait: Sand Stream
Nature: Quiet
EVs: Sp.Attack: 252, Speed: 252, HP: 4
- Crunch
- Thunderbolt
- Focus Punch
- Substitute
DDtar seems to be the 'in' set right now, but both work so whatever floats your boat I guess.
Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Aromatherapy
- Seismic Toss
- Softboiled
- Thunder Wave Ice Beam
Ehh...your team has Ninjask support and two other speed boosters, so you don't really need Thunder Wave that much. Go for Ice Beam, because otherwise Salamence will bend this team over its knee and spank it so hard it won't be able to sit for a week.
Let's see, you've got no hazer or phazer and no spinner. Also, Curselax is your only physical wall and you've got no real Salamence counter. Unless you go Boah you also won't have any special attacker or Gyarados counter, and don't even get me started about what Reflectcune would do to this team. :\ In short, any well-rounded OU team is going to molest this one bad. I'd say drop Hera since you've got Metagross for a heavy-hitter and get something like Milotic (The stalker build could work here) or Swampert to wall out Salamence and for goodness sake, make something haze or phaze. You could try
Swampert @ Leftovers
Nature: Relaxed
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Rest
- Roar
Handles both your phazing and Salamence problems. EVs should be 160 Defense, enough Sp.Attack to OHKO a standard Salamence, a final HP divisible by 16 and the rest into Sp.defense. I've only got the approximate values here, so you'll have to work the exact ones out on your own.
